CSS - Css Counters & Firefox?
I don't know if it's me doing something stupid I completely overlook, but I tried to automatically number headings down to <h4> with CSS counters.
It worked completely as I expected in Opera, but not in Firefox (3.5) -- the subheading numbers would increment predictably. The test file is below, with both CSS & content to be numbered. I tried semi transparent png's, but they only work in firefox and IE7 but most people are using IE6 (42.3%). Any idea how I can correct this? I created a menu for someone, hideous as it may be, it's what they wanted. However, it works in Firefox but not in Internet Explorer. My site renders properly using Firefox (and Opera), but IE skews the format entirely. Looks like the table cells aren't correct, but I've double checked the code and all the tables appear to be right.
