CSS - How To Make Scrolling Text Under Header?
In the HTML below I use divs contentleft, contentcenter and contentright. Because the text under the Header Contentright is so long I would like to make a scrollbar for the text of contentrigth but withoud the Header contentrigth, so that you alwaus see the header when scrolling the text. Is this possible with these content-codes?

I would like it all to scroll behind the fixed div's. Hello. Im new to the forums and Im hoping someone would be able to help me and I hope Im posting in the correct forum. I recently redesigned my site with Adobe Dreamweaver utilizing CSS. Both the HTML and CSS validates. I have tried to search for my problem but havent found it already addressed. I had CSS before but my old software didnt support it as well. Im still learning a lot about the CSS so my problem might be minor, but I just dont have enough knowledge yet to know or to even begin to fix it. The site appeared fine in IE. I didnt think (stupid I know) to test it in firefox. Recently I did and noticed it did not show the top header, the right menu or did it allow you to scroll down the page. Ive read elsewhere that part of my problem may be due to having this at the top of my page Code: <%@LANGUAGE="JAVASCRIPT" CODEPAGE="65001"%> but if I remove that, then the site looks the same in IE as it does in Firefox. Specifically I am trying to create sort of a news page, which will have a box that contains news articles that slowly scroll upwards until they disppear and then raeppear at the bottom at the bottom of the box again. I know this can be done with CSS and I've kind of accomplished what I want. The problem is that I'm using seperate elements for each article title. Therefore, only one article title scrolls through the box at the time since I can only make one element visible. Mabye, it will make more sense when you see my code. I want to basically be able to have the other news article titles begin to scroll underneath each other, not having to wait for the news article title above it to finish scrolling before the next article enters the box. The problem is that I still want to keep my horizontal scrolling text (yes, I know there is an issue with accessibility standards but I still need the scrolling text).
