HTML - Crawl Iframe & Redirecting

Hi, im quite good at html, doing php, and a bit of javascript, but i need to find out how to make a page redirect by itself. With a time limit so that you go to the page, and in 5 second it goes to a different page. I hope you can help me as it is quite urgent. Thanks alot anyone who can help. Oh, and it has to be pure html, NO Javascript Thanks

Please help. For a site I am creating, there is a signup feature. When someone clicks to register, a form pops up. Once they click "Send" the information gets sent to the email address (which I have outlined in the php), I want to redirect it to another window which says thanks for registering. So far, the information does get sent to the email address, but the form stays as is. So the form works fine, I just need to figure out how to redirect it or a way I can show text saying "Thanks your info as been sent". Please help with any tips! Here is the code for what I have so far:

Hey I am fairly new to the whole webmaster and html coding. My current situation is that I have a html file that works for an old domain. I have recently move to a new subdomain that is hosting my website. I uploaded my html file to the host and everything is working smoothly except for the fact that none of the links work! Please help. Thankyou

I have a form with several buttons, once the buttons are clicked I want them to redirect the user to another page, with the exception of one button which after being clicked, I want it to not redirect anywhere. Is it possible to do this?

Any help is much appreciated.
