HTML - How To Make A Background Image A Link?
Hi Guys i have this image and i wont to add a link to it so it will take the user back to the home page,

Is it possible to put a smaller background image on top (like in layers) of my old background image? I have a background image, but I want to put a smaller image on top of that one, but for it to be treated also as background image. This image is a black vertical rectangle, but is faded on the edges to give a transparency, so its a .png. So ultimately what I am trying to do is put this black rectanlge on top of my original background image and with the transparency on the edges of this image, be able to see my original background image. How can I do so? Also what I was thinking was that this faded background would be scaled to fit different screen sizes, so do "width: 75%"? How do you make a link such that when it is clicked it goes nowhere? I have this link (that reads "Links") that reveals a hidden submenu below when clicked. The problem is, I don't want to take the user anywhere when "Links" is clicked, I just want it to reveal the submenu. I usually do a href="#", but I discovered that that actually brings you to the top of the current page, but I don't want that. I also tried removing the "href" all together, but then it doesn't look clickable any more. I want this link to have all the attributes of a link, it just can't go anywhere. Greetings I have this problem that i have menu in Iframe and from that iframe i have link to another page. Now when i click the link it opens the link in the iframe window and does not move me completely on the new page.
