HTML - Color Text In Html And Moving An Image

I need your help! What i need to do is to color the text yellow "Welcome to my website . Please download Flash Player to view content" I tried <FONT COLOR = "######"> but didnt work... Also how do i add the HTML_logo Above the text ..? Any ideas? Similar TutorialsI am building a site from scratch, and since I dont have images yet, I am using image placeholders. I havent used frames, which may be my issue, but I used separate images on top for buttons and then a large image in the middle, and then a couple more buttons as images on the bottom of the page. Now when I try to align the middle image to the right so i can put buttons on the left, everything on the bottom half of the page moves to the rght as well, instead of just the middle image. Why is this happening, should i be using 4 separate frames on this page for each section? i am not to familiar with them, so i havent used them so far. Also, alot of the functions for images arent available, is that because they are just image placeholders? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks the title makes it sounds really confusing. Now i need help because, i want to link each picture on the slideshow to a differnet page or external site, but im not sure how. I'm having problems moving textbox up toward upper right corner in div id "login". I tried in css margin-bottom or margin-top or padding-top or bottom and it moves the whitespace. How do I just move the textbox?Also I have no idea why Registration is a link with picture in it? How do I remove that and make it just text? I want to insert an image, but I want it to change to other images after a certain time frame (i.e. 5 seconds) as in a scrolling/moving image?? Can any one tell me how I can do this? I'm maintaining a website that is mostly hlml, but has some php pages for form validation and email x-fer. The site is currently running at 1&1 hosting service and I need to move it in-house. I have setup a new server with 2003 server R2 and IIS 6 with PHP 5.x installed. When I moved the site files to the local server the site no longer parses correctly. The problem is the imbeded PHP require(); statements in my html document no longer get parsed. In fact the only way I can get php code to get parsed is to give the files a .PHP extension, then the HTML tags don't get parsed. This site has been running for years at 1&1 with this method and I am really not at liberty to change the file extensions until an entirely new site is completed. Update; Found out that IIS does not use .htaccess file for directory managment, these changes where for not... I'm looking into the application mapping in IIS Manager, think the answer might lie in there somewhere... Okay. I have been experimenting and learning pretty well with the help of the experts here. But now I have run into a little problem that I can't figure out. So here I am again seeking expert help. I am using a table. In one of the columns (or cell or whatever its the proper terminology) I have an image (for my navigational map). I would like to be able to move the image up in the column. Right now it (the image map) sets much lower than other pages and I would like to have everything look uniformed. Any suggestions? Thanks, Vance Hi, I'm a beginner, so I realize that my question will be silly - sorry for that. I'm just doing a tutorial on html/css. I created a simple website, with stylesheet and image. Everthing was hunky dory as long as files were sitting on the desktop. When I moved them to appropriate folders (I created "html", "css" and "img" folders on desktop), changed the paths from /style.css to css/style.css and from imgname.jpg to img/imgname.jpg, the site completely ignores styles and image. Then once I move it back to the desktop it stats reading it correctly. It's weird for me and I can't find the reason. I checked all paths million times and there is no error there. Whole operation should be super obvious, yet I can't resolve it. I'd appreciate your help.
