HTML - Hyperlink Colour Change Upon Rollover
Hello,
I have hyperlinks in a table row (each to a cell). I would like the hyperlinks to change font colour from white to yellow, and the cell backgrounds to change from black to blue upon rollover. Is this possible without using custom buttons? Thanks for your help. Similar TutorialsI know this is probably really basic stuff .. but i need different colours for the link, rollover and visited state. But i dont want them to be the same throughout the page, i want each to be specific set of colours. Just point me in the direction of where the answer is .. i dont mind reading up! Thanks. I'm designing a website in html for a college project. I'm having a bit of trouble so hopefully someone here can help me. At the moment I have a white square on the homepage that is a link. I was hoping that when I have visited the page it links to and return to the homepage this square will be a different colour. I don't know if this is even possible but I would appreciate any advice anyone can give me. Thanks Hi, i have been sent this piece of code to use in my website for a small search facility on the data already held, but I have been trying to change the colour to 'navy blue' and the font to Arial without success. I also want to take out the line spaces to make the whole piece fit nicely, I have managed to change this slightly but would be grateful if it was all done at the same time!? Can anyone help please? I've been researching changing the colour of an arrow in a standard drop down menu. It seems it isn't possible. With further research I found that the colour and roll over state is controlled by whatever windows theme you are using. I changed my theme a few times and this is correct. However, before I give up, just thought I'd ask... Does anyone know a way to change this with code? If not, is there a way to make your own drop down box which is cross browser compatible? I think it can't be done, prove me wrong get a bottle of rum Hi, I am trying to change the color of text inside the <tr> but only the text color changes but not hyperlink text color. I do not want to add style tag inside <td> or in <a> as i change the color of the row text only in certain conditions. Please could someone help me on how to change the hyperlink color inside <tr> Here is my sample code: HTML Code: <tr style="color:blue;"> <td> Some Text </td> <td> <a href="" class="folderLink" onclick="openTask();"> AccountNumber </a></td> </tr> I tried <tr style ="color:blue;link-color:blue;"> but didn't work as i am not sure of the syntax Hello all! I have a question that I'm hoping someone can help me with... I want to create a rollover image that behaves very specially. I have a smaller image that is like the "enter button" for the site. I want it to work like this: When you mouse over the "enter button" it changes the background image like a rollover. It doesn't have to actually change the background image... I will be happy if it just makes a rollover and the second image is centered on the page like the background image. I basically want it to be that when you mouse over the enter button it looks like the background image changes. Since the enter button is small and the background image is large, it doesn't look right when I do it. Will someone please tell me if you know a way to do this? Thank you so much! I will really appreciate it. Shei <3 i am making a website for my webdesign/JAVA class.
