HTML - Help On Perl Cgi And Html Scripting
Hi,
I have a cgi code which takes input as param() from text file in html page. the code then processes the file and gives the result as output as an array in perl.I can get the result to print in a text file on my local server and hence i have made it in table in HTML page. I want to create a download link on my result webpage so that the result can be downloaded as txt file from the server where the text file is generated from the cgi code. Thanks in advance! The company we are trying to link to has given us JAVA code to use so the window is a popup. When I took the code to my manager he said that in order for us to edit our website we have to use contribute. The site has sections written in Perl. He thought that using JAVA would affect the Perl code. Is that true? I have a feedback form with Perl but when sender send unicode Utf-8 content, I can not have a message in unicode utf-8. I have a series of checkboxes and the user can check one or more of them. When I display their submission back to them for verification, I want to display only those which have been checked. I have a form processor (FormProcessorPro) and they tell me that they can't guarantee that PHP code will parse correctly. And they're correct, it isn't parsing correctly - unless I'm missing something. Thank you, Roy Basically I've got two columns (divs, positioned with float left and float right). The right column has a graphic at its top and bottom. Its middle section is for a repeating graphic (background image). The total height of the right column needs to match that of the left column. The left column will contain loads of different things - it's completely unpredictable. Is the only way to use JS and get the height of the left column and resize the right green div accordingly? But now I noticed that when my pages pull up in the search engines like Google, Yahoo, and MSN. They still show the old .HTML links?? When they click on the webpages from the search engines results you get error 404 page cannot be found. Hi everyone, I've been searching around the web trying to find out how I can send using Outlook a html and text email newsletter automatically. I am quite happy creating html only newsletters, and text ones for that matter, but I have been digging and believe that by using multi-part code I can send to both and the recipients email client "allows" whichever version to be displayed - does this sound right? I'm hoping to simply create the html with the relevent mime references and boundaries (dont know what they are but have seen them on enough Google'd pages to know that they mean something!) and then copy and paste into Outlook - the newsletter is only going out to a few people at a time. Any suggestions or advice would be very greatly appreciated. Regards Allan Hi, so I'm trying to make this e-mail newsletter. It's entirely images, tables and text. So no javascript, just plain stuff. I tried attaching it as a signiture file and I had trouble sending it. It also didn't come out right. I'm trying to avoid using a software. Its basically just a block of HTML I need to show up as the only content in an email. If you just put HTML into a email text field, it just shows the HTML code in the email as text. Any ideas? As the title states I've been using Microsoft Word 2000 to create my web page but now want to make a simple no frills html HTML document. Is there a simple and quick way to do it ? I know I can simply create a new HTML document and then just copy and paste the links but is there a utility that can do this ? I write HTML lessons and I want to put just the pure code in my posts, but they appear as a regular html document... How do I make the code to be shown just as text (code), like we do in the forum boards (code tags or whatever)? I have read a lot of the posts on this subject, but have not found an answer to my problem. I am rebuilding my site and renaming/moving some pages; most will stay with the same name/location. My site is hosted on a windows server (godaddy,) and I do not have access to IIS manager and the windows server does not do php. I have good coverage by search engines worldwide, and I'd like to keep it. All help much appreciated. |
