HTML - How To Create Robots File
hello viewers,
i am create one website and now i want to create robots file. how to create that file and which contents did i mention in that file. what is the usage of the robots file. regards, k.n.v.santosh Similar TutorialsI don't seem to have a robots line/ file anywhere on my webpages. MAs I hate SEO hi all, I read somewhere that in order to help the search engine robots/spiders find my web pages I need to put in some code. I have looked around, but cannot see it anywhere (typical). anyone help me here please and tell me what lines of html I need to add to my page/s? also, is it really worthwhile using or paying someone for seo? I dont like to part with money at the best of times, but I cannot actually believe that this is a worthwhile investment- aren't all search engines different, in thast they use different 'collection' methods? I was thinking of using ppc (Google perhaps?) do this sound a better way to get noticed on the web (providing that I choose my keywords properly, of course)? many thanks Ed here is what im trying to do $File = $subject.html; but all it is doing is adding what i type in as the subject and then it adds "html" to the end of it... so if the subject was "pizza" it would come out as "pizzahtml" instead of "pizza.html" what am i doing wrong? The following common code is not working in Firefox (3.0.11). It works in Safari (4.02) and IE7. The file uploader.php does nothing, it is blank, I'm merely trying to establish communication. Once again, the code functions in IE and Safari so I dont think this is PHP related. In my page to attach resources to a record I have written a browser and am displaying previously chosen resources here. But when I click the upload button the page opens a new window (which is not a dialog window, but a normal one) which is exactly the same as my dialog window. How can this possibly happen?
