HTML - Inserting Banner Code Inside Image Outline

I am using the following javascript to show a different banner for each day of the week. Is it possible to alter this to show for each day in a month? May 1, May 2 etc..

I wasn't sure whether this post belongs in the HTML or Graphics forum but I think it is HTML code I need so here goes;

I have a problem regarding the coding that will place an animated banner on my website.

Currently, I have a jpg banner across the top of all pages and the code that places it there, held in my z-header.shtml file, is:

Now, somebody has created a .swf file for me and it is now up to me to integrate it into my site. The animated banner can be viewed he http://www.calamitycreations.co.uk/SteveBarker.html - I intend using the lower NoLoop file.

I tried copying the code from that page and stripping it down but it didn't help me. I've only ever written simple html so I really don't know what to do. Please help!

I uploaded the image to the correct folder graphics.When I replaced the image I get a blank space on my website.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i'm looking for a simple code to implement a randomization code for having RANDOM banners like 1/6 banners apear on each page refresh

i had one before, but i cannot for the life of me remeber, i'm going to be using this banner within a Div, within a table i belive so i just want the image to be random between 6 different banner images on each refresh?

im trying to stretch a image for the top of my page here is a code i saw on another page that was working but i cant get it to work for me and i cut / paste it, so i cant figure this out... heres the code i used... im confused why its a background = when its only the top background on his page... i just wanted this to be the top banner of my page and have it stretch acording to the viewers screen size, any help would be great...

iv been trying to make a header for a new ebay store.
i have dream weaver with a table with 1 row and 2 col in the first column i have the main logo and 3 hotspot buttons, in the 2nd column i have a solid colour image set as the background for that row.
the problem i am having is the 1st column with the logo image has a white space under the image which looks very annoying html code below:

I'm trying to insert a background image from my CSS into a table and not having any luck getting the image to appear.

This is what the CSS looks like:

How should I be referencing the CSS?

I'm new to HTML and I am just playing around with a few things to work on learning it. I am just using notepad and trying to insert an image to my web page. I have the image saved in the same folder as my notepad.html. I've tried both these codes but neither have seemed to work

<img src="/image.jpeg" alt="image" />
and
<img src="/folder/image.jpeg" alt="image" />

Could someone help me figure out exactly what I am doing wrong. Also if you know of any sites that are good at explaining the very basics would be nice too. Thank you.

I have an image I want to insert into a simple table Cell. My code is as follows:

When I access the page I get:

img src = "/modules/Quotes/cqilogo.gif">

I know the image is in the right place and it will work if I set it inside a paragraph.

What have I got wrong??

I use XSLT to create a html document, and I'm not THAT familiar with html

I want to divide my html page in 2 frames via a frameset.
For many reasons I only want ONE html document at the end.
I want to create totally new html code in the source URL of a frame, this may sound funny, so here is an example:


This is how it normaly looks if I'm correct:

HTML Code:

This is something like I want it to be(because I only want 1 html document):

HTML Code:

I've tried the above without any success. Does anyone know how to do this, or does anyone have an other suggestion (I don't HAVE to use a frameset, but I don't know any other possibility ).
