HTML - I Need Help Building These Html Codes Please.

I was just wondering, is there such thing a a forum in HTML? We all know that you can get things such as HTML codes for chat rooms, etc, so If thats possible, I was just wondering if you could get a code which you can put on your website to have a forum. Doesnt have to make accounts or sign in or anything. If you know anything, please post! Thanks!

can i get some codes/javascripts helps on when you mouseover the link or the image ( or click on it ) then it provides you the html codes in different window, small overlibs, or something else that youre be able to select all and copy and paste the html codes from there to your pages or whatever.

ive been researching on this too much and still, no luck. or is it just me? cuz that kind of codes is not available? but any kind of codes that is a little related to what im looking for can help too!

The code gives a scroll box alright but I am looking for a scroll box to put codes and for visitors to click inside the scroll box, press ctrl+A to highlight all the codes inside the scroll box. But when I click inside the box, the whole page get highlighted instead.

Is it possible to surround the scroll box HTML with for example something like <p></p> and for the effect above?

I will be following up with another script for scroll box which I got from viewing page source.

I'm building a website for a project at school and I'm encountering some problems. It's my first website, so excuse me if I ask some stupid questions. Because it's a project for physics, I have to write down a lot of mathematical symbols, for example. pi, log, sin, ph, cos, tan, e, accents, etc.

Do you guys know a program or website where I can find the html codes for these symbols? None of the site I found is displaying the codes I need..

Hello. I am creating a website, www.realhelp.am, and there are 3 languages, armenian, russian and english. In website, when I am opening it, everything is ok, but when i go to cpanel, and want to edit code, there aren't showing russian and armenian texts. Instead normal text,there are numbers, and each armenian or russian letter is for example this one "&#1390", or this one "&#1379" . Can you help me?how can they displayed as normal letters?

In the past, I use to use a 'Random Banner' cgi script. I was doing this to insert HTML in various pages on my site. Now I would only insert ONE set of html codes. Reason being, is that I wasn't looking to rotate banners, ....I was merely looking for the ability to update/change/insert codes in one location, and have it update every relative page. Thus sparing me from updating every page individually.

I know this technique must me a dinosaur. Is there a script, or a type of script I should be researching that would allow me to enter HTML codes, and then have those codes instantly inserted/update all related webpages.

Even in this most simple state; are they HTML codes that can call/insert other HTML codes from a remote file (such as a .txt)?? Thank you for you help and wisdom!

I'm a layout maker for xanga, and I'm having a little trouble with html. I made a layout, but I have no clue how to post it so people can use it. I want it in a scroll box, but when I post that in an html entry, the layout becomes one with the entry! I need help on finding a code that will allow me to post html into a scroll box.

Ok I can't provide a picture to my layout as it is kept secret. But I created a layout in photoshop. I do have the Adobe Master Collection. Anyways, after had created my website layout I want to be able to type text over the images and be able to create a password and login field over an image. And I was wondering how do I do it in Dreamweaver? It seems like a very complicated program. Everytime I want to insert something over an image in the layout it breaks up all the sliced images and all the images are spaced out. Below is an image of the login and password field but it's just one image. How do I make it so that you'll be able to type text into them? Doesn't have to be in Dreamweaver if there is an easier way.

hi im jack, i like challanging myself with new things, well a freind asked my if i could build them a website for their company. i said sure i would give it a shot and its my first time, im using ms office publisher 07 to build it with and i would always do a perview of it to make sure it was displaying right in the browser, well i finally got the site built its res is 1024/768 since its a common res and i dont know how to make a liquid or even a self centering site, anyways i just got dreamworks cs5 and since the site was already done i opened it in dreamworks and perviewed it and it looked and worked good. so using publisher i published the site and saved the files to desktop. i clicked on the published file index and it opened the browser and looked and work good in ie9 and mff so i decided to uploaded it to a free hosting site to test it one more time but this time online before uploading on my freinds server, so i uploaded the files using the site's builted in ftp loader, well all the files and indexs uploaded fine but when you open the site ojects are missing and some of the same pics will display on one page but wont load on other pages , so i need your expert help and knowlege to try to fix the site

Ok gentlemen, here's my situation. I am by trade a Pc/laptop repair/upgrade tech but since tech's are dime a dozen here in NY the business is no longer what it was years ago so I have to branch out into some other line of work to support myself and family, I am 48 years old so time is not on my side, I intend on becoming a webmaster becuase I like it and also because this field would allow me to work from my home office taking whatever jobs I can find locally. I do have a little experience in web design having designed a couple of sites in the past using templates but not the coding I had not done which is why I decided to start from scratch to build a good foundation.

It is my intention to keep on studying, I will have completed the XHTML/CSS course in the next day or so and I was advised here that Javascript should be my next logical move then PHP... but I am thinking since I am getting offers for small jobs locally here that I should first try to gain some practical experience building some actual sites while I am studying from the web design book THEN when I am finished with that which shouldn't take long move on to Javascript.

Do you guys think this is the best move for me or should I complete Javascript and PHP first THEN go into actual web designing? Any thoughts/advice will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

What is the first thing you do, do you do it from scratch in notepad or do you use a wysiwyg editor, or do you use a template?

Hi, I am building a site from some artwork that was supplied to me for a website that will ultimately be transformed into a theme for silverstripe but now the client has changed their mind and wants a static HTML version put into immediate action for the time being... problem is that the design is giving me massive headaches in building the basic structure for the site. There are aspects of the design that I am struggling to re-build, such as diagonal lines that stretch from one menu to another... Can any one help suggesting answers to such problems... Have attached some of the code and a PDF of the example artwork (please note I have been construction and reconstructing / deconstructing this code for a few days now and I fear it is beginning to look like it -messy )...

Any help greatly appreciated...
