HTML - Online Editing
hi guys
i have this requirement where in the client redirects a html page to my site and i have to provide him an interface from my site to edit the html ( which can be done using FCKeditor or Tinymce) after authentication and then when he presses save Ill have to save the html back to his server this is where i have some confusions, inorder to save back on his server do i need his ftp login credentials or is there any other way to circumvent it, pls let me know thx in advance Similar TutorialsA client needs to edit one page of their site remotely using a browser. I'm not sure how to proceed. Do they need a page with form fields that are password protected so only they can provide content? Is there another way to edit wysiwyg text online without using a separate application? Any help would be appreciated. so all i want to do is add another button to click on to direct to another page. thanks if u want to see the entire style look in the attached file I have some text embedded within a '.gif' file and dont know how to change the text. I downloaded Adove Photoshop Elements 6.0 but when i use the horizontal type tool and type over the text, it makes the original text fuzzy and does not enter the new text. What am i doing wrong ? Its not set up for me yet but i want it so that if someone selects the advertising enquiry option then more boxes appear for their site URL and image URL to be put. I guess this would be done using an IF command, but how? I hope this makes sense. I'm currently helping out a family friend's company with general IT stuff, wether it be designing things for them or website stuff. All I need to do is update some of the text on the site, change the dates etc. I have access to the ftp, using filezilla, and for the life of me I cannot find the html files I need to change. Now I obviously don't expect you guys to tell me where they are, but is there a method you would use to track them down? Right now there seems to be a ridiculous amount a folders and files for what seems to be a relatively simple site! I am trying to get the prices to align from the right side of the column, in the same line as their respective product, as in One egg .......... $<--I want this to align from the right of the column I tried using the <p align=right>TEXT</p> but when I do this the TEXT I include in the code ends up where I want it, but on the next line. Am I doing something wrong or is there another way to do this? I tried the same code outside of a table and it does the same thing. What can I do to just make the last bit of the line align from the right?
