HTML - Phpbb3 Top 10 In Headder

i have just installed phpbb3 on my site Link : http://betyoulikeit.com/
i would like to have a scrolling gallery with pics that are related to my site and also i like to have them connected to links in my forum...
(Now You all might think this if Funny ,but i drew what i wanted)
