HTML - Show Data Key In By User

i created a html form. Can i show watever data that key in by the user under the form? hello, I'm having a little trouble trying to find a solution, maybe I'm just searching the wrong key words as ive spent a hours trying to work this out, what I'm after is a way that once I have created a website, I can add some form of coding or software that allows the website owner/end user to change the content or add pictures easily with out the need to have any knowledge in HTML etc. I know this should be possible as many website company's offer this service and it's also used on the web site building software offered by most hosting providers. If someone could point me in the right direction or just what this type of service is called I would be very greatful. I have a very simple website consisting of 2 frames only (topframe for a very simple menu and a mainframe). I have done such simple websites multiple times and I never had any problems removing the border(s) between the frames. In the <frameset> I just set all the attributes (like framespacing and frameborder) to "0" (and I also tried "NO"). In Firefox this works perfectly and the border in between the mainframe and the topframe does not show, but in Explorer the border does show. I can't get rid of the border in IE.
