HTML - A Flapping Flag ??
Hi:
I would like to have a small U.S. flag gently 'flapping' on my main page. Problem 1: Where can I get a small image like this. ? Problem 2: How do I make it gently 'flap' ?? I'm pretty sure this was done with HTML. Does anyone have any idea how it can be done?? I have a couple bicycles for sale and the local shops and businesses flag all the competition. It's annoying having to post up the same ads every 20 mins.
