HTML - Html Character Codes
Hi everybody,
I'm building a website for a project at school and I'm encountering some problems. It's my first website, so excuse me if I ask some stupid questions. Because it's a project for physics, I have to write down a lot of mathematical symbols, for example. pi, log, sin, ph, cos, tan, e, accents, etc. Do you guys know a program or website where I can find the html codes for these symbols? Perhaps it doesnt matter, but it would be useful to know. But when I click inside the box, the whole page get highlighted instead. Is it possible to surround the scroll box HTML with for example something like <p></p> and for the effect above? In website, when I am opening it, everything is ok, but when i go to cpanel, and want to edit code, there aren't showing russian and armenian texts. Now I would only insert ONE set of html codes. Reason being, is that I wasn't looking to rotate banners, ....I was merely looking for the ability to update/change/insert codes in one location, and have it update every relative page. Thus sparing me from updating every page individually. I know this technique must me a dinosaur.
