HTML - Intro Page Picture Button
Hi all

I hope someone can help me and new here so be kind Similar TutorialsI'm trying to make a picture button. I have a little so far can you help with the rest. <input type="button" onclick="javascript:alert('Noob, u fell for it!!!')" /> Can I click on a thumbnail picture and have it open up below some text on the same page but using a larger size pix. TIA I would like to know how to create a mini form of two pull down boxes so that when the two selections have been made and submitted it returns back a designated page or picture. For example I want to build a simple method to show routes of an office building. Pulldown box 1 would be the office number you want to start from, and pulldown box two would be the office you want to get to. when you click submit it would pull up either a page or picture which contains the corrrect floor plan and route. I feel like this should not be too hard as I don't need anything very flashy. I just don't know how to start it. If anyone knows of something open source already created to do this I would be open to that too. Thanks in advance for any assistence you can give. I have a flash website that is a little heavy (loads a little slow) so basically my idea is to create a flash intro that is light and might load fast on top of my current flash site..so that the flash intro plays while the site itself loads behind it. and then the flash intro would be done playing and disappear and will expose the main flash site behind it. I don't want to do a separate page for intro and main site though as it basically will give the same loading time. i want it to load together the main site behind at first then will be exposed after the flash intro is done. I was thinking of using z-index to put the flash intro on top white the site loads and put make the flash transparent after it's done playing.. but my i think if i do that the main site behind would not be functional(clickable) because of the overlaying object (which is only transparent) is there a way that i can make the object totally disappear after it's done playing? not just making it transparent... or is there any other way to do this? actionscript? java? anything? curtain? container? how is it possible... please help... The content will not change, so I want to see if I can provide a programmed print button for the content within each table. The application is a FAQ page of a website. Currently, the page is long and printing a particular FAQ item is not possible. Expecting the viewers to be web-savvy enough to know how to print selected text is out of the question, as well as providing them this tip in writing. There needs to be a print button. My html form works fine when the submit button is an "ugly grey button" (input type=button), but when I try changing the button to show a nice jpg (input type=image) the form still submits ok, but the page always jumps to the top. This is annoying, because people should be able to scroll down through the page, click the button, and continue scrolling down to the next button. I am doing a website for a diner and they close at 3:00pm and I was thinking about putting a sign on the website that would simply say "Open" when the diner is open and "Closed" when its obviously closed.
