HTML - Cut/paste Html Integration
Can someone help me integrate a form into a site that I have cut/pasted?
I have both codes up at www.howmymmaworks.com/help I want the functionality of the bottom form integrated into the format of the top form. Any help would be greatly appreciated! This is my first post so I hope this question is welcome I am having a little bit of a problem in trying a little HTML coding. what I am attempting to do is to create a Google Chrome extension where a user can post a link into a movie, on clicking submit button in the extension, the link is then copied from that box and pasted into the the box on the website and that submit button is then also liked atomically. As though the original page were a billboard or something and a paper notice "Cancelled" , or somesuch, had been pasted across it. And leave the functionality of the original page still there - i.e. the links should still operate, the text should be readable all around the 'sticker' - it doesn't have to be readable under the sticker. Can this be done? Anyone know how to do this? The sticker should actually read " Latest News: Housing withdraws it's claim. Details will follow". The site is housingnt.com if anyone wants to take a look and they have withdrawn their claim and I need to respond quickly in order to acknowledge that fact and that's the particular way I'd like to do it. By the time anyone gets to have a look (if anyone does) I will probably have inserted a table row near the top and written the facts in there. But that, I hope, will be temporary, it doesn't make the point the way I want to do it. I could do a screen grab and use it as background and put the 'sticker' on top of this background, I realise that - but then the links wouldn't work. I hope it is possible or perhaps someone knows a better alternative. regards, ab I have a wysiwyg text editor on my site and I want users to be able to copy-n-paste clip art from their ms word docs into it and have it display on the web. Is there anyway to do that? Hi, I have a form designed to take details of a customer; I want to have the details of a form display in it's own textbox so i can use some javascript to 'Ctrl+A' and 'Ctrl+C' it. This code I have already, but getting the info from the 'form' into the text box is the issue. Another thing I should mention, this will be stored locally on a machine, there's no web servers. I don't mind if I have to have the data populated on another page that's fine. I also don't mind using JS and the site will only be viewed in IE 6. I currently have it in an iframe but am running into problems with the boarders of my website not extending. I am hoping someone can take a look at my forum page and give me a pointer or two. I'm trying to figure out how to get "headlines" from a wordpress blog, and twitter to pull into a site, and display only the most recent post/tweet I like how its done on this site www.rga.com especially since its styled and not some generic widget you can find anywhere. I checked the source code but cant figure out how to do this. Are there any tutorials I can refer to for this? But now I noticed that when my pages pull up in the search engines like Google, Yahoo, and MSN. They still show the old .HTML links?? When they click on the webpages from the search engines results you get error 404 page cannot be found. How can I update the search engines or add code to my page so the search engines will reflect the new .PHP pages. Also it's been over a good week since I've update to .PHP Thank you all in advanced!! It's entirely images, tables and text. So no javascript, just plain stuff. I tried attaching it as a signiture file and I had trouble sending it. It also didn't come out right. I'm trying to avoid using a software. Its basically just a block of HTML I need to show up as the only content in an email. If you just put HTML into a email text field, it just shows the HTML code in the email as text. Any ideas? Hi everyone, I've been searching around the web trying to find out how I can send using Outlook a html and text email newsletter automatically. I am quite happy creating html only newsletters, and text ones for that matter, but I have been digging and believe that by using multi-part code I can send to both and the recipients email client "allows" whichever version to be displayed - does this sound right? I'm hoping to simply create the html with the relevent mime references and boundaries (dont know what they are but have seen them on enough Google'd pages to know that they mean something!) and then copy and paste into Outlook - the newsletter is only going out to a few people at a time.
