The image is hotlinked from another site, and I do have permission to do this! The image is automatically generated by scripts on that sites server every 5 minutes with new weather information. I have a website where I want to make a drop down menu that will bring you to different pages. It is a very basic, sort of old-fashioned website that relies entirely on html. What I'm trying to do is make a drop-down menu that will be used as navigation for a section of a website and I want to have it in each internally linked page in that section, but I'm going to be adding more pages to it over time so I want to be able to put the drop-down menu code in a separate text file and then substitute it into the pages that I make that the options in the menu link to and then just edit the code in the text file when I add another page so that I don't have to go back and edit the code every single individual page whenever I add a new one among them. I have created a custom html dropdown menu for my site. The thing is it looks perfect in Firefox 5.0 (for me it does anyway) and works just as expected but in other browsers such as Opera 10.60, Chrome 5.0.375.125, it doesn't work properly. and it works semi ok in IE 8. For example if I hover over one of the menu buttons in opera or chrome there is meant to be a drop down box, this doesn't show in Opera or chrome but does in IE? In the areas where it says, for example ="show('Goodnight')", how do I add HTML code in the brackets but as normal text? All I am needing it to do is if you pick 1 for 1 video only 1 text box appears. If you pick 4 for 4 videos only 4 text boxes appears.(The text boxes are for the user to enter in there Youtube Video url) And of course if they enter in 9 text boxes 9 will appear. I hope this is in the right spot. Well I'm really loosing it becasue I think I wasted 4 hours on a webpage that I'm going to have to do all over. The problem: I spread out a grid, then filled it with text boxes. Well it looks great until I upload it to the Internet, because all of a sudden I have huge gaps which spread it out, creating huge breaks within the document.
