HTML - Ie Freezes Links After The First Zoombox Is Opened And Closed
I am having problems with a simple lightbox version called zoombox. It works fine and is absolutely superb in all the pages I've done. But this time around, IE runs the script for the first time only, when you close the first one and try to open another (or as well, the same one you opened before), nothing happens. The links just freeze and you have to refresh for IE to understand it again. What is happening, can anyone please help? As you see, there are four links on the right side of the bid D-letter logo. Each of them has a zoombox triggered underneith. In every browser but Internet Explorer, they work fine, they load very fast and they look solid, which is why the whole page is built upon it. But if you browse with IE, it will open the fist zoombox and after you close it, doesn't open any of the links anymore, as if they weren't there. Also a strange white border around the zoombox, happens only in IE and though I've managed to remove all the stupid scroll bars and borders that IE just puts in, these remain. Now ever since I've added this 'smooth slider' function in the page of the first and second category, there has been some trouble.. as you may have noticed the website uses this automated scroll function that scrolls down to the category selected. I believe that that scroll down functionality is conflicting with the Smooth Sliders located at category 1 "wand / plafond afwerking" and 2 "italiaans stucwerk". That may be the cause why the 'scroll down functionality' just freezes randomly after a while.. Now firebug reported this error: Code: missing ; before statement I dont know where to go from here. I need this both slider functions. Cant they just get along? I have been site creating again, and all works fine in ie (or it will when I upload the rest of the images!), however you will notice in ff that the images on the left and right do not quite stretch to the top and bottom of the cell. Can I set the image to fill 100% vertical, or any other suggestions would be great. I would like to potentially remove these graphics and use text links instead - I had the graphics designed for me, so I can't just go in and make new ones, however I'd like to change/rearrange the links and add some new ones. I am trying to understand how links work in regards to going from one URL {A} to Another {B} that contains a 'saved' username and password in Fire Fox. If I go to {B} using the bookmarks on Fire Fox, then the saved username and password are shown and all I have to do is click on login. Works nice. If I go to {B} using a link within a Blog then the saved username and password are NOT shown and I have to re-enter them to login. A royal pain. I would like to create a link in the Blog so that when it goes to {B} the saved username and password are shown. Question: Why does the saved user name and password disappear ? I am using Dreamweaver CS4 at home. What the problem is that I have linked my Myspace, my Youtube, and my Twitter on the site I am making. When I test out the links on the web what happens is that it uses the Web address I am at and the Web address I clicked and adds it together.
