HTML - Text Box With Button To Go To A Url
Hello! I am trying to create a box (size, height: 3 centimeters width:2 centimeters) with a MODIFIABLE text ("http://www.dayli.com/contentnumber="). That text has to be a URL and below the box a button to GO directly to that URL.
Something like the box of http://www.google.com/gwt/x? Can somebody help me? Thank you. This can be done in a regular text using the WORD-BREAK:BREAK-ALL; attribute But I tried this on the button and it's not working? Is there any work around for that? any css attribut? The content will not change, so I want to see if I can provide a programmed print button for the content within each table. The application is a FAQ page of a website. Currently, the page is long and printing a particular FAQ item is not possible. Expecting the viewers to be web-savvy enough to know how to print selected text is out of the question, as well as providing them this tip in writing. There needs to be a print button. How can I first have a few radio buttons on my page and when the user select one of those, a text box with a submit button will appear. The text box is for the user to key in some kind of code/password so that it will prompt the user to a url according to the code/password. Example: Code: YAH URL: www.yahoo.com Code: GOO URL: www.google.com And if the user keys the wrong code it will prompt a message box asking them to try again. The html and css I'm using is below. I've tried wrapping spans around the value and altering the padding (which looks better but makes the onclick outline appear half-way up the button). Hey guys, im completely new to web development, as in, i've literally never tried it before so im hoping you guys can help me I have a local HTML and, basically, it has 2 text boxes and one button. now the button currently takes you to another page, but i want that button to copy the text from the second text box to my clipboard, so i can paste it into another document i have adobe dreamweaver cs5 but im willing to pick up any other software i might need to pull this off all help appreciated! I have a web page that I had to convert from a .psd file to an html and I'm not able to center a submit button and the text field next to it. I've tried various alignments but I'm also limited by what I can do because when you convert from .psd to html the entire page is one form. On the home page of the site I have put two radio buttons to give the choice to go to English version or Croatian version. I have implemented a facebook type search to the database which displays the familiar text saved in the database when I type some text in the database. My issue is after I have used the search box for a couple of time the text box starts displaying a similar dropdown from its history which hides my database search. A lot of them are just textual changes and I would think my customers can do these themselves by editing a simple .txt file. I was hoping my choices are avalable so that I can just insert this tag into my web pages and then give them login info to their edit page or show them how to upload the .txt file.
