HTML - Need Help With Redirecting Links

Hi, im quite good at html, doing php, and a bit of javascript, but i need to find out how to make a page redirect by itself. With a time limit so that you go to the page, and in 5 second it goes to a different page. I hope you can help me as it is quite urgent. Thanks alot anyone who can help. Oh, and it has to be pure html, NO Javascript Thanks

I'm working on an adult site for a client that needs to use an age verfication form before allowing visitors into the adult sections.

I have the age verification form in place, but it only directs you to one page upon proper adult verification.

What I would like to have happen is, a visitor clicks on a specific adult topic (there are several to choose from), have their age verified only once (I think this can be done with cookies), then be directed to the specific section they selected in the first place.

I'd like to know,

1.) What should I use for the cookie code?

2.) Any ideas on how I can set it up that they're directed to the right spot after they're verified?

Please help. For a site I am creating, there is a signup feature. When someone clicks to register, a form pops up. Once they click "Send" the information gets sent to the email address (which I have outlined in the php), I want to redirect it to another window which says thanks for registering. So far, the information does get sent to the email address, but the form stays as is. So the form works fine, I just need to figure out how to redirect it or a way I can show text saying "Thanks your info as been sent". Please help with any tips! Here is the code for what I have so far:

Hey guys,
I'm sure this had been asked a thousand times, and I know I can search Google and find answers. Which I have found some, but I seem to get a more straight forward answer when the people answering my question know my exact situation. So anyways:

I have my bands website: www.aqueousband.com

And let's say that I acquire www.aqueous.com. I have a hosting plan with godaddy for www.aqueousband.com and all of my files are on that hosting plan and I want to keep that domain name. So it would make the most sense to just make www.aqueous.com redirect to www.aqueousband.com ... right?

So how would I do this? I was reading about 301 redirect, am I on the right track? I started to think, if I just bought a domain name I would just have the domain name and no hosting. So how do I put an index file on a domain name that has no hosting attached to it?

There's gotta be a way!
