HTML - Making Content Editable ?

Ok, I set up this nice site of mine, and I have all my favorite games on it. It is a games site for my friends and I. (Blueoranges.co.cc if you wanted to know.) Because of the fact that I have made the site easily editable by adding all the game's sizing options to a CSS sheet, and made each set of 7 pages a carbon copy of one another, I was thinking, well if my friends want to add a game, how could I let them? My idea was to allow them to log in, enter the URL for a game, upload their own screenie, and the server would copy the existing code and set it all up for use.

Well, I'm totally self taught at HTML. Although I could figure out the semantics and methods of doing things, I don't know how to make a user's input be stored on a server.

To oversimplify it, like when a user posts a post on a forum, the server edits the web page and adds the content, then updates the web page...

So... How do I get a user's input to be added to the code of a page?
I know my post is confusing, but I'm confused myself. Oh well.

I am a website designer . don't know much about the programing. anyone can guide me. I can connect any admin in my simple html website.
i want to add/edit image/content.
if possible
than please tell me how can i do this.

Im trying to make my footer content align correctly to the main content when a window resizes. The apdivs don't seem to want to move at all even with a relative position etc. I have tried everything but just cant get it to work can someone help please?

Hey guys, I used to know a lot about html, but then just completely stopped doing anything with websites for too long.

I was just wondering how I can replace a word or number with a specified word or number.

What I want to achieve:
I've got a forum with a couple thousand members and it's picking up in activity and I want to make some names stand out for being helpful. I want to replace their names with an image.

But to do so, it'd have to be a code made and added into the footer template. Because obviously I can't edit a username for html image code. So I just need the code to find all instances of a certain username and replace it with what I specified.

I am making a template for a website and now with a lot of updates being done I was hoping to create a template thats based on a table structure with just the center portion to change depending on the link that was pressed to access that page. Can this be done with an HTML script? Basically it is like the forum page here where the top portion stays the same just the portion below changes.

Is there a way to make an image or image map link to 2 different places when clicked?

I want to make a table with two rows But i want to make sure that the data in the 2nd column is always align to the right.....Like this

And not

I know this is easy...But i am not quite sure how to do....

is it possible to have div #1 which is 500 x 500 and div #2 which is also 500 x 500 directly above div #2 (rather than below or next to it)?

i am thinking of using the z-index to making this happen... am i on the right track? so div #2 will have a z-index which is greater than that of div #1
