HTML - Anchor Name/link Problem
I am having a problem with my anchor links disappearing when I click on one.
I don't know what is causing this to happen. Here is the link to the problem. When you click any of the links, it takes you to the right place. Each option displays different info below it using javascript. Example: I have a date on a php based calendar linking to a events page. Okay so I am working on a website and on the services page I used anchor tags to jump to places on the page. They all work great except for one. The page validates and I dont see anything any different from that markup to all the other markups I have done. It is up on a test server at www.vsncom.com/melkay/services.html The link thats not working is underneath the Electrical maintenance block and it is the link to go back to the top. Also on the entire site. The map page, contact, and services all shift slightly to the left. The pages all use the same css...any ideas? or is it just an optical illusion? Thank You, Matt Hello Guys, I use Named Anchor to navigate within my webpage. Is there any way how one can navigate back to the clicked link from the destination? Normally the backspace works. But I would like to add a link at the destination and clicking this link would take me back to the clicked-link. Is this possible? I hope I made myself clear. The problem is that the last image HTML Code: <IMG src="images/blazon_small.jpg /> won't work until I remove the destination anchor HTML Code: <a href="index.html#sus">Inceputul</a> which doesn't work too if there is the img tag too. Please,tell me,what's the problem?These things can't work together?Please help! Hi im getting reports of a strange problem occuring on a link to an email address when some users click the link below and the defailt email client is opened the email is appearing with capitals and then when sent, does not apppear in the inbox. surely theere is no way to do this besides javacript or the below? Hi all, I was wondering if anyone knows how you can force a page to automatically jump to an anchor link on that page...for example so the visitor doesn't have to scroll down everytime. The links are in the footer section Hey everyone, i am using 000webhost.com and i am trying to hook up my products link. I made a file called something.html and this is going to be the link that my site goes to afte they click products So in link section of the code that is defaulted to "#" i put something.html but it didnt work... i uploaded the something.html with ftp to my file manager... What do i put in the "#" part to get it to link up to my new filleee thanks.... I am having problem with links creation. When I click on the hyperlink the new window opens and says "done" but the PDF file does not open automatically. "Right-click and save target as" works, though. I tried linking PDF file without the form field and worked fine. Definitely something to do with the form on pdf file. Could anybody give me some help?
