HTML - Flipping Pictures In Html Code
Hi, I would like to ask if there is any way to flip a picture vertically using html code? So that I do not have to upload 2 images(Original and flipped). Thanks
Similar TutorialsIm new to all this so excuse me if i ask/say stupid things...im still learning so im doing an email newsletter with like 8 images or so and its all good,so actually there is no problem...but thats what i dont understand. The path for the pictures is this: <img style="display:block;"src="file:///C|/Users/robbysanne/Documents/nieuwsbrieftemplates/html/images/se1.jpg"width="69"height="235"border="0"alt=""/> there in tables. So the images are on my harddrive...not online...but when i send the email with mozilla thunderbird to various hotmail, and gmail acounts on different computers elswhere the pictures still show up....and not as an attachment that you first have to download, but the whole newsletters displays properly. How is that possible? i thought that i was supposed to put the images on a server first, get them online and then link them.. thanks! Hey there, I am now taking care of a website that someone else built in the past. This website has a schedule that has dates and the events organized into tables. These tables are not so small... Now, i am asked to flip the table around, meaning to change the order of the data to the exact opposite This is a tedious task to just cut and past the
's one after another in the source code... Does anyone know of a peice of software that would be able to perform this task automatically? you know, flip the table around to the exact opposit of what it is now? for instance, if my table were like this: 1 2 3 To have it: 3 2 1 Hi I want to put this the firefox button on my page this image displays horizontally I want it to display vertical how do I do that? Thank you FSY Could you please help me out? I guess I won't be able to solve this on my own: The following does work perfectly in IE8:

The image is indeed flipped horizontally and everything's fine. But opening the .htm-file containing the above in IE9, the image is not flipped. Why is this? Thank you so much for reading. My html problem keeps failling, with all my image codes.. shown for 10 errors which are all for the images what's wrong? Here is the code:

, ITSE 1411 Lab Project 2, Tutorial 2 Case 2, Due 02/23/2011

 <a href="slide1txt.htm" <a href="slide1txt.htm" <a href="slide2txt.htm" <a href="slide6txt.htm"
<a href="slide1txt.htm" <a href="slide2txt.htm" <a href="slide3txt.htm" <a href="slide4txt.htm" <a href="slide5txt.htm" <a href="slide6txt.htm"

Do You Love Me? sung by Deb Ingalls and Thomas Gates

Hello! I have a blog on blogger and i want to make a c++ tutorial.. But every time i type "<iostream>" on post, when i see it, it is only "iostream". How can i make a code like the "[code]" from BBcode to cancel the compiling from HTML? Thanx! Hello everybody, I'm new here. I'm redesigning my own website and came up with some tricky situation. I write HTML lessons and I want to put just the pure code in my posts, but they appear as a regular html document... How do I make the code to be shown just as text (code), like we do in the forum boards (code tags or whatever)? I have a website where I want to make a drop down menu that will bring you to different pages. It is a very basic, sort of old-fashioned website that relies entirely on html. What I'm trying to do is make a drop-down menu that will be used as navigation for a section of a website and I want to have it in each internally linked page in that section, but I'm going to be adding more pages to it over time so I want to be able to put the drop-down menu code in a separate text file and then substitute it into the pages that I make that the options in the menu link to and then just edit the code in the text file when I add another page so that I don't have to go back and edit the code every single individual page whenever I add a new one among them. Basically all I'm asking is how I can put html code in a text file and then substitute that code into an html page by referring to the file. Thanks in advance for any help. can a border be made around a picture without making a table? TIA when working locally in the latest Version of IE. They show up fine in FireFox. I searched the forum but it didn't turn any thing up. I tried my setting in IE but can't figure this out. Does anyone have a simple fix for this? Thanks....tg Hi, guys. Both new to forums and HTML, but learning fast! I'm currently working on a project, got design and everything ready, and I have created all <div-tags> that I need. I now have a problem with pictures now showing up as I want them. I have created a graphic element for example, with squares on the bottom of the page, and the file is saved as .png, with an opacity. When I specify which file it is in the CSS file, pictures won't show up. Might it be cause the file has an opacity on the direct graphic, and if so; is it possible to set opacity in the HTML.code, or do I need to start with PHP too? Cheers, I created this website, http://solarroadways.com/news.html and everything I created worked. Then my client added new content and pictures by themself and apparently the images load but then disappear in IE. Debugging didn't help, go figure. Anyone encounter this problem? Im hoping to put a animated picture on top of a header, but not sure how... All help appreciated Heres some of my code:

Faed's Money Making Guide 2009

Main

Introduction

Agility

Construction

Cooking

Crafting

Farming

Fletching

Fishing

Firemaking

Herblore

Hunter

Magic

Mining

Prayer

Ranging

RuneCrafting

Slayer

Smithing

Summoning

Theiving

Woodcutting

http://www.reliablegaming.com/test/games2.html I cant seem to get text under each picture, only on the sides....could someone do 1 and resend code so i can see how you did it? I designed a webpage 10years ago using html for dummies, but I have not touched it since. Things have changed and I have forgotten, but google has helped me. What I do struggle with is having pictures side by side and text under them. using: gets the thumbnails side by side, but once adding
text
they change position. Help would be appreciated deply. Relating to: http://www.envirotechuk.org/show.php?page=2 I'm trying to get the news section of this page up and running properly, and this is a "template" I have come up with so far, but as you can see it is a very ugly look, very simple, and does not align properly. Maybe a good website that resizes pictures to exact sizes? Or is there a template I can use to separate the articles a bit more and give it a uniform look, that will allow for the different heights of the pictures? Any help would be appreciated. |
