HTML - Html Pasting Help
Hello all, i'm afraid i'm clueless here and need help.
I am using an app on FB called space raiders, which allows you to write a comment page. It say's html allowed. I want to insert an image created in front page but cannot seem to get it to work. I have tried to cut and paste the code, drag and drop but without success. Any suggestions? There is an embeded text editor on the site however it doesnt allow me to view source code so pasting the raw code generates, well raw code... are there any additional tags i can insert to get round this? thanks in advance. Joe Hello everybody. I am new around here and also newbie when it comes to HTML hence the reasson why I am here. I am using PageBreeze to create some eBay templates. I then copy the html code and past it onto eBay when listing a product. The problem is that, in the PageBreeze everything is fine and well formatted. When I past the code into eBay, the whole formatting is shot to bits, with massive gaps between words and paragraphs. Any comments on this are well and truly appreciated. I work in a call centre responsible for maintaining a database of customer's details. When this goes wrong it is important that we have an effective way to pass customer complaints onto the complaints team. The existing procedure is to compose an email which contains the customers name, what they are complaining about and a few other key details. we also include a screen print of the application used to update the customer records which preserves the state of the customers record when the complaint was logged. This is a vital part of the procedure (very helpful info for ascertaining blame etc.) People currently miss out a lot of details from there emails and I have been asked to make a web based form to capture all this information and generate an automatic php email to the complaints team when the form is submitted. I have got this bit nailed... all that eludes me is the screen prints of the application. My manager was convinced you could ctrl+v the screenprint into the textarea on the form but I was sceptical of this idea and obviously it didn't work. How can I attach images to the form and send them as attachments when the form is submitted? My html problem keeps failling, with all my image codes.. shown for 10 errors which are all for the images what's wrong? But now I noticed that when my pages pull up in the search engines like Google, Yahoo, and MSN. They still show the old .HTML links?? When they click on the webpages from the search engines results you get error 404 page cannot be found. How can I update the search engines or add code to my page so the search engines will reflect the new .PHP pages. Also it's been over a good week since I've update to .PHP Thank you all in advanced!! Hi, so I'm trying to make this e-mail newsletter. It's entirely images, tables and text. So no javascript, just plain stuff. I tried attaching it as a signiture file and I had trouble sending it. It also didn't come out right. I'm trying to avoid using a software. Its basically just a block of HTML I need to show up as the only content in an email. If you just put HTML into a email text field, it just shows the HTML code in the email as text. Any ideas? Hi everyone, I've been searching around the web trying to find out how I can send using Outlook a html and text email newsletter automatically. I am quite happy creating html only newsletters, and text ones for that matter, but I have been digging and believe that by using multi-part code I can send to both and the recipients email client "allows" whichever version to be displayed - does this sound right? I'm hoping to simply create the html with the relevent mime references and boundaries (dont know what they are but have seen them on enough Google'd pages to know that they mean something!) and then copy and paste into Outlook - the newsletter is only going out to a few people at a time. I know I can simply create a new HTML document and then just copy and paste the links but is there a utility that can do this ? He did a lot of "upgrades" to the site so he says, but he left. Now I am in charge again of re-modeling the site. The problem is I am trying to figure out why there are so many dead links. I am rebuilding my site and renaming/moving some pages; most will stay with the same name/location. My site is hosted on a windows server (godaddy,) and I do not have access to IIS manager and the windows server does not do php. I have good coverage by search engines worldwide, and I'd like to keep it. All help much appreciated. Can I put an HTML page within a html page in a table? I have this template that I need to email to people, it will not be on my website. Wow ever I need to change the information in one table every few days. The information is live I think it's called. It's like if I place google adsense in that table and decide to change it to ad-clicks later, I can't send everyone a new template, I need to be able to change just the information within that table.
