HTML - Wordpress Wp-forum

Can an admin post a sticky at the top of the forum that gives instructions on how to mail an HTML for that sends and email on submit? Seems a ton of people have been asking the same question lately....

I know it takes a long time to create such a thing but I was not told about the fact I had to create a forum until now. I have 2 or 3 weeks to create a forum for an economical awareness group at my school. I am the only one with any HTML experience but I have never created a forum. If someone could help me I will love them forever. An outline, guidelines, or tutorials would be awesome. Okay, so I'm making a website and I'd like to know how to make a forum page using HTML. I want to do this all from scratch; no programs.

Not sure if you can make your own forum, in HTML but I would definitely like to!

I'm not really the best at this. I'm making a web site in notepad for fun and was wondering if there was a forum that I could add. Is that only PHP that you can do that or can you do it with HTML?

I am new to these forums but looking for some help. I do not know HTML well at all so I am looking for some enlightenment.

My problem is this:

I am trying to create a nice looking template using Photoshop to list my eBay auctions with, but instead of creating one photoshop picture for each auction, my thought was to have most of the content be images from photoshop in a table, and then leave the 1 cell (row) in the table blank where I could edit the text for each auction.

I can slice the Photoshop template into separate pictures, but I have no idea how to create the table to fit my template.

Can someone guide me on how to create the table that I have drawn below? Thanks so much!!!

I was wondering how i would set that form up so if a visitor clicks on submit it would email me at newsletter@tablerunnersent.com the information that they submitted.

I integrated my website's layout with my forum just by editing the forum's main template.

I'm not awfully good with tags etc. Just wondered if someone could please take a look and tell me what is causing the gap at the top and bottom of the page. I want no margin at all, so the top and bottom of the layout is tight on the top of the page. Can't see anything obvious. That's how the rest of the layout is (the fanfic page is the only one up, so click on that to see how the layout should be)

I can use within a signature but I am not clear what I can specify within CODE.

Ideally, I want something like %eval("25DEC2010"D -today()) so I compute the number of days until a certain date.

I currently run a phpBB3 forum, and I have one topic in particular that I want audio to play in. I did some looking around and found some HTML that would allow me to play an audio clip. I went to that topic, opened the source, plugged in the HTML, and after uploading the audio file, I pressed the apply changes, and it worked. The thing is, how do I SAVE it to the site?

Another question, not sure if HTML, but the favicon.ico for the address bar/favorites that I set works for Opera, but not for IE8...any ideas?
