HTML - Text Rollover Reveals Different Text?
I want to implement a rollover (javascript or css) that changes text when you rollover it. E.g. someone's name and when you rollover it shows their address. I've googled this and found a css rollover which changes the color of the text but is there a way to completely change the text? Any help much appreciated, thanks

What I want is for Text to appear on rollover on Link 1 and stay there until Link 2 or another link is hovered over. Okay, so I've been seeing these sites with text that you rollover and a box with more info appears. How do you do this? JS? CSS? It's hard to explain, so I'll look for an example. When you first get to the site, the rollovers work fine but once each page has been visited, the text changes to the "visited" color and the rollover color stops working. Is there something I'm doing wrong in my style page? I know how to display a second picture to showed up upon mouse-rollover on a first picture, but I do not know how to display a text message upon a picture mouse-rollover. I normally use Dreamweaver to create my rollover images but don't have text associated with that. My apologies if this belongs in a different forum. I'm creating an order form for a site and I need to add something I've never done before. I want content to be added to the form if the user clicks on a certain radio button. At the bottom of the form there are fields for the subtotal and total of the items that they're inputting at the top of the form. By clicking on a radio button I want to do either of the following. 1) A new table cell appears with text and an input field that has a number already in it. 2) The above cell and content are already on the page, and the clicking of the radio button only adds the info into the empty input. The first option I assume is a little more complicated and probably deals with CSS and/or Javascript. Option 1 is preferred but if I can only do number 2 then I'll deal. Just a note, I'm not doing any actual number calculations with this form. It's just raw numbers so there's no need to take that into consideration. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Hi All, I am new to this forum and is expecting an answer for this question. I have implemented a facebook type search to the database which displays the familiar text saved in the database when I type some text in the database. My issue is after I have used the search box for a couple of time the text box starts displaying a similar dropdown from its history which hides my database search. Does anyone know how to disable it using html or css. A lot of them are just textual changes and I would think my customers can do these themselves by editing a simple .txt file. I was hoping my choices are avalable so that I can just insert this tag into my web pages and then give them login info to their edit page or show them how to upload the .txt file. I think I need an xml file that can be easily edited by a user saved to the server to update an xhtml page text without the user getting bogged down in html.
