I have been getting a lot of spam emails through my contact page on my fantasy football site.... is there anyway, or any procedures to take to avoid this, or cut it down at least?

I noticed my 1000 character limit isn't working either... though I plan on lowering the limit, I need to get it working first.

I've got a form maiil in the cgi folder and it works great. Every question has to be answered on the form for it to be sent, if not, then it tells you what needs to be filled in, etc.

Now, I've been getting SPAM for whatever BS and the form is not filled out. Just their email address
and a message:

I've tried it again, left one of the spaces blank and I can't send it.

How in the world can someone bypass that? What are they using to SPAM my company's site with our form mail?

Lastly, any ideas on how to combat that?
I've bought & installed Mail Washer, it's fine, but just a bit of a hassle.

I have a confirmation email address that goes out to my customers when they vote on my page to confirm there vote. I tested it with a yahoo and it seems like my confirmation emails are going into the junk folder. I am not blacklisted on any website. Here is my full header below... Can anyone figure out the problem?? I can post my full header from Yahoo if needed.
