HTML - Help With Paypal Buttons Please!.
Morning everyone, hope you can help me!
I made a website for a band a few months ago, 1st attempt at this sort of site. The problem i am having a few of the customers, have emailed the band saying the paypal buttons are not working on the merchandise page. So i checked this on my home PC that runs Windows XP, the buttons were all working fine. I was on my laptop which runs Vista and got an email saying the buttons wasn't working, so i checked again on the laptop and none of the buttons were working. Can anyone shed any light on this? Thankyou Link to the Website :- www.****neyrejects.net Similar TutorialsVery new to html but i've downloaded several Paypal buttons and put the code into my web page. My problem is i want the buttons to run along the page side by side horizontally with spaces between them but they are running top to bottom. I have tried different ways to try and solve the problem but none have worked. Can anyone tell me what i have to do? thanks I would like to position a bunch of custom paypal gifs along a specific row that falls directly beneath a jpg image which I have already formatted to correctly fit into the web page in question. Before creating the custom gifs for each paypal, I created a single correctly formatted "horizontal segment button row" jpg (which it should be noted also consists of regular image file non-paypal buttons.) As I understand it, I need help with 4 things: a) do I simply cut the horizontal segment row into its constituent jpgs first? b) could these segements then be formatted as a single-row table? c) can I alter the actual length of each cell within the row or must this be fixed/equal and only subject to merges? b) Another way to look at my question is: once all the jpeg's have been broken into their respective "regular" and "paypal button" segments, how do I 'stitch' them all back together along this single row so that they directly follow one another (without any space in between them?) Per the sample code below, I originally set the code so that the nonpaypal and paypal icons are stacked along a center column separated by a line space (and subsequent single line spaces) beneath the image.jpg file: <div align="center"><img src="img/image.jpg" alt="" width="460" height="263" border="0"></div> <p align="center"> <center> <input type="image" src="img/regular.jpg" border="0" name="submit" alt="regular"> </center> </p> <p align="center"> <form action="https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr" method="post"> <input type="hidden" name="cmd" value="_s-xclick"> <center> <input type="image" src="img/subscribe1.jpg" border="0" name="submit" alt="1"> </center> <input type="hidden" name="encrypted" value="-----BEGIN PKCS7-----etcetc-----END PKCS7----- "> </form> </p> <p align="center"> <form action="https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr" method="post"> <input type="hidden" name="cmd" value="_s-xclick"> <center> <input type="image" src="img/subscribe2.jpg" border="0" name="submit" alt="2"> </center> <input type="hidden" name="encrypted" value="-----BEGIN PKCS7-----etcetc-----END PKCS7----- "> </form> </p> This work is my first attempt at coding in HTML; as stated, I'd now like to reassemble/line up all of these jpgs directly below the image.jpg (i.e. no line space separation this time!) along a single row that also matches the width of the image.jpg --- please let me know? Many thanks! BR Hjallo wizkids I need some help on a forum I'm currently building a test of a new forum. I want to add a 20% discount cart wide for "New Customers Only" at checkout. I have checked add variables and added discount_amount_cart=20. Still doesn't work. I have read that PayPal will not allow discounts in their shopping carts because they are not the owner of said discount. True or False?? Is this possible to do thru PayPal w/out using a third party. If not, why do they give us an option to add advanced variables. Hopefully I'm on the right track here. All help is greatly appreciated!!! This is what I have so far.
