HTML - Hyperlink Opens Inside Wrong Frame
hi everyone..
i created a page that contains frames.. the problem is that the navigation frame has hyperlinks and when i click on them, the page opens inside the navigation frame!! i need it to open inside the home page.. how can i do it? Similar TutorialsHey. I have a frame and inside it there is a link. I want it to target an anchor called Code: <a name="anchor"></a> that is INSIDE it's own frame. I tried Code: <a href="#anchor"> but it tries to reload the entire page, and doesn't just "jump" to the anchor like it normally would. How do I do this? Thanks Hi All! Please help. Okay, with frames, whenever there is a link that you want to open up in the parent browser rather than inside the frame, all you have to add to the link code is "target="_parent"". However, for INPUT BUTTONS(not links) this doesn't seem to be the case. Hello everyone, I have my first pancake here Link. I tried it on various browsers and versions. When I open it from different computers for the first time it opens wrongly, the white center thing doesn't fit in the screen. After few times pressing refresh or browsing in the site and coming back I have normal look I should have. When I open the my web page from the same computer again ( lets say other day ) it opens ok. My index.php opens about half way down the page in Safari on macs (both 3.1 and tested in v2). It appears at the proper top position in Firefox, Opera and IE5 (all on mac - don't have access to Windows until tomorrow). I have the right path, and can open files that don't include special characters in their filenames, but I don't have the hang of putting special characters such as "#" into a hyperlink.
