HTML - Need Help With Redirecting After Age Verification
I'm working on an adult site for a client that needs to use an age verfication form before allowing visitors into the adult sections.
I have the age verification form in place, but it only directs you to one page upon proper adult verification. What I would like to have happen is, a visitor clicks on a specific adult topic (there are several to choose from), have their age verified only once (I think this can be done with cookies), then be directed to the specific section they selected in the first place. I'd like to know, 1.) What should I use for the cookie code? 2.) Any ideas on how I can set it up that they're directed to the right spot after they're verified? Thanks! Similar Tutorialswould anyone know where i can get a free adult age verification page or button for a website been looking and even downloaded one with NO SUCCESS thankz Hi, I'm not sure if I've put this in the right section, but I'm looking for a method that will send an email confirmation to people who submit to my mailing list to check to see if it is actually their email address. Like when you sign up to forums and you have to click the link in the email to confirm. Has anyone got any ideas? thanks Hi All, I have been searching how to do field verification via Html/CGi. but it somewhat confuses me. I am trying to capture a users mobile phone number via a form. But i want them to enter their phone number twice, when they submit the form i want to check that both fields match. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks, Paul Hi, I hope someone won't mind helping w/ this: this code will not display and I can't understand why? It's short, please help me out? It actually displays fine in GoLive Preview, but when I upload to IPage Webhosting there is just a blank page, and tech support says it is my code that is the problem. There is usually an image with blurred letters which are required to be typed into a field which verifys the user. Is this javascript? How would I implement this onto my webiste? Some links, code or other feedback would be much appreciated! Thanks Raggy Hi, im quite good at html, doing php, and a bit of javascript, but i need to find out how to make a page redirect by itself. With a time limit so that you go to the page, and in 5 second it goes to a different page. I hope you can help me as it is quite urgent. Thanks alot anyone who can help. Oh, and it has to be pure html, NO Javascript Thanks Coggz Hello, I am a novice at HTML and need help with redirecting. How do you make a redirect using HTML so that it opens in the same window and not in a new window? I have a page I am making for a test logoff scrren and I need the page to redirect to another web site after a certain period or upon a click on a link. Every time I set it up, it pops open a new window. I know I must be missing something, but I cant figure out what. I am using transitional DTD, if that helps. Thank you for your time! Hey I am fairly new to the whole webmaster and html coding. My current situation is that I have a html file that works for an old domain. I have recently move to a new subdomain that is hosting my website. I uploaded my html file to the host and everything is working smoothly except for the fact that none of the links work! Please help. Thankyou I've been through a few sites about redirecting traffic from your MySpace to another site, but I'm not sure how it really works. I know there is some flash involved but I also know that MySpace dissallowed some flash code on the site. What can I do here? I have a form with several buttons, once the buttons are clicked I want them to redirect the user to another page, with the exception of one button which after being clicked, I want it to not redirect anywhere. Is it possible to do this? Any help is much appreciated. Please help. For a site I am creating, there is a signup feature. When someone clicks to register, a form pops up. Once they click "Send" the information gets sent to the email address (which I have outlined in the php), I want to redirect it to another window which says thanks for registering. So far, the information does get sent to the email address, but the form stays as is. So the form works fine, I just need to figure out how to redirect it or a way I can show text saying "Thanks your info as been sent". Please help with any tips! Here is the code for what I have so far: PHP Code: <?php //grabs posted information $name=$_POST['name']; $email=$_POST['email']; $phone=$_POST['phone']; $city=$_POST['city']; $country=$_POST['country']; $submit=$_POST['submit']; //formats email $sendTo="emailaddy@gmail.com";//recipient email $subjectheader="Response from Website"; //subject line $message="Name: $name\n Email: $email\n Phone Number: $phone\n City: $city\n Country: $country "; //message body $header="From: ".$name."<".$email.">"; //sender's email if(isset($_POST[submitted])){ //checks to see if comment textarea has content if(!empty($_POST[name])){ //sends the email mail($sendTo, $subjectheader, $message, $header); //visually confirms if email has been sent if(mail){ echo"Information Sent. Thank you for your help"; }else{ echo"Failed to send message"; } //end confirmation }else{ echo"Please fill out all the fields"; } //end of empty } //end of isset ?> Hey guys, I'm sure this had been asked a thousand times, and I know I can search Google and find answers. Which I have found some, but I seem to get a more straight forward answer when the people answering my question know my exact situation. So anyways: I have my bands website: www.aqueousband.com And let's say that I acquire www.aqueous.com. I have a hosting plan with godaddy for www.aqueousband.com and all of my files are on that hosting plan and I want to keep that domain name. So it would make the most sense to just make www.aqueous.com redirect to www.aqueousband.com ... right? So how would I do this? I was reading about 301 redirect, am I on the right track? I started to think, if I just bought a domain name I would just have the domain name and no hosting. So how do I put an index file on a domain name that has no hosting attached to it? There's gotta be a way! how do i redirect an iframe from outside of the iframe like home +------------------------------------------------------------------------+ about |IFRAMEIFRAMEIFRAMEIFRAMEIFRAMEIFRAMEIFRAMEIFRAME| contact |IFRAMEIFRAMEIFRAMEIFRAMEIFRAMEIFRAMEIFRAMEIFRAME| contact +------------------------------------------------------------------------+ redirect the iframe on the click of the links on the left, without refreshing the whole page cheers, Rory Hello, I use some of pages of my website as IFRAME. My question is: I want Google to crawl IFRAME contents but when the IFRAME url is typed in browser directly in browser or when a visitor clicks on the IFRAME url in search results, I want the visitor to be redirected to main page of my website. Is it possible? If it is possible, how can I do that? Hi everyone, How diffecult is the code where it checks if user has Flash Player installed on their computer before directing them to the appropriate web page. i.e. I want to build a site in Flash but dnt want people who cant view Flash to see nothing, so will also build a more basic version in HTML. I know its possible, just not sure how. Any help will be gratefully appreciated. Regards, liam Hi Just wondering if there is a non -java way of detecting a user's browser width and then redirecting to the appropriate version of my site? Cheers Shaun Hi, I have the following situation. I want when the user types http://locahost/abc.html or http://locahost/xyz.html he should be automatically redirected to the http://locahost/login.html page User can only access http://locahost/xyz.html page when he clicks a link on http://locahost/abc.html and not by directlty typing it in the browser. By this i want only authorized users to have access to my web pages. My web portal is hosted on apache server on linux OS. How can i do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
