HTML - Help With Quizzes

I don't know if this is where I post this, but I am trying to find a script or someone that would be willing to make me a script for free...

Here is what I am looking for...

a quiz script that I can customize with pictures, colors and what not also has unlimited amounts of questions that will autoscore the results for the quiz taker but also sent the results to a set email address
