HTML - Problem With Minimizing (another Problem)
Okay, I know that this problem is going to be really really easy, but I forgot how to do it. I use to own an older website and forgot the code. Anyways, I only know how to describe it.
When I minimize the screen, it is minimizing the whole thing and collapsing it making the iframes smaller and the text fit into a smaller space. Most websites have a code (i don't know what it is) so that when someone minimizes their browser, it just makes the browser smaller and not the actual page. Here's what it looks like: http://www.freewebs.com/noeylani94/index.htm Try minimizing that and see how it looks. It collapses the whole page right? Can someone tell me the code how to fix it? Thanks =D Similar Tutorialsi have an issue... whenever i have my website up and i minimize it, all the tables are not aligned anymore. http://www.freewebs.com/xxginabinaxx/ anyone know how to solve his? I would like to have an image that takes 2 url like the following image... is it possible? if so, can someone please tell me how this could be done? Thank you very much.. NOTE: I tried doing this... <map name= 'url1' > <area shape= 'poly' coords= ' 0 , 0 , 50 , 0 , 0 , 50 ' href= 'url1.html' > </map> <a href= 'url2.html' > <img src= 'img.jpg' width= 50 height= 50 usemap= '#url1' > </a> but this only get 'url1' woring... heres the problem the pages http://wax-bar.ca/about/index.html and http://wax-bar.ca/contact/index.html wont work in internet explorer. The rest of the website works just those two pages dont work. I would reallly appreciate any help you can provide. thanks in advance! I know nothing about html really but i am working on developing a site and i can't get rid of this problem. I am not even sure if this is the correct forum to put this in! I have made a nav bar that goes horizontally. When someone hovers over the top, the entire contect of the site moves up about 5 pixels. This problem can be viewed here : http://www.djcarchitect.com/company/team/indexpage.html does ANYBODY know how I can fix this problem? Thank you so much. Hello! I'm having a <table><th>... problem. The font is always bold even thow i'm using a CSS style and i don't set it to bold. How can i avoid this? Thank you! HTML Code: <body> <div align="center"> <div id="logo" style="width: 852px; text-align:left;margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px;"> <img src="logo.png"> </div> <img src="top.png"> <div id="main" style="width: 852px; background-color: white"> asfasfddasf <p> </div> <img src="bottom.png"> </body> i keep getting a open spot at the bottom or whereever i put the <p> tag. any idea? Hello, I am fairly new to web programming, and I have taken over the web administration at my work. The page I am working with is an absolute mess, but I have one bug that I just cannot figure out for the life of me. It is an overlap problem, where one of the tables overlaps the one to the right of it, even though there doesn't seem to be anything "pushing" it out further, like unwrappable text or anything like that. It only occurs in IE/Win, I have viewed in both versions 6 and 7. If anyone could give me any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it. URL: http://www.yonasmedia.com Ok, so I just bought a domain from eNom and well, I have no idea how add my url in the html to the template so my website is actually viewable. Please help :x thanks Looking for a little help, on the link below if you view it in Safari everything is fine, but if you are using IE the cell on the left hand side below the menu items starts halfway dow then page. It should start right below the cell with 4 menu items. I work for a non-profit agency, and have created a website for an event we have yearly. This website works perfectly and views great in internet explorer 7, however, the text falls off the page at internet explorer 6. I have asked friends, who had me try different things, none of which have worked. If anyone has any advise please let me know. My other option is to rewrite this completely, or find a simple template and re-create this. The website is www.autoshow4arthritis.com Thanks so much! |
