HTML - Translator Builder

Is there any softwares, or online services, that allows you to make a simple language translator?

I kind of want one thats like this:

But i can't use that code, because that language changes only the letters. i need one that changes words.

Is there anything, or can someone give me a template code, so that i can fill it in?
