HTML - Help Please With A Mailto Form With Text And Image Upload... Pretty Please

Hi, I have recently got a book on HTML and XHTML, and I was looking at forms. I want the user to be able to send information to me, and I want an automated, automatic reply to be sent back to them. I am not looking for anyone to do it for me.
