Sorry for being so lazy, but I wanted to ask if you could show me any one especially execellent posts that I should read first, so I can get involved here?because my moto first read and first reply to every post i like sleek systms dot net because my mission quickly reply to all post I'm fairly sure that this is a quite a common thread, yet on doing a quick search of the forums couldn't find anything that matched my exact needs. My site looks great in FF but not in IE and i need some help. http://tp.eyeoftime.co.uk/index.php (there is no php in the file yet, despite the extension) Ok, thats my site, as you can see there are problems with tables and images here. The site as viewed in firefox, is what i want the site to look like, the site as viewed in IE is how IE thinks i want the site to look like .Although i'm not a beginner with html, I am rather new at trying to get real cross-browser compatability. So, yeah, any help much appreciated. PS i know the page contains xhtml errors (fails validation), its still a work in progress. As the nav bars are in this format, you would wee need some form of 3rd party tool / coding to convert this into a CSS stylesheet. I'm afraid as we are essentially modifying the code that WebPlus provides, here in technical support would not be provide help or support on making a stylesheet from a nav bar - my sincerest apologies for this. I have tried the dust me selectors firefox plugin but it doesn't seem to let you actually remove the css and hence save the new css to a file, it only seems to show you what is unused meaning you have to manually remove what you want?? There is a border in the middle of the table now, and I'm trying to remove the border completely. However, keep in mind I do not want to modify the CSS for all the pages. Hi y'all I have a page which contains an iframe. I want to remove the vertical scrollbar from the iframe so that when a page is opened in the iframe, the height of the page containing the iframe will be equal to the height of the page that has been opened. Can anyone help pls? Does anyone know what CSS/HTML I need to use so scroll bars are disabled across all the main browsers? I.e. FF2, FF3, IE6, IE7, Safari.... I have the searched the Internet high and low and all I can really find on the issue is abuse from other posters who fail to answer the original poster's question because they think they know best. Is anyone able to help? Many thanks in advance. Before I get totally flamed, I'm sure you get this question almost daily. However, I'm aware how to fix it, however I can't figure out why it's not working. As you can see above, the "test" div needs to be beside the "Hosting" div. I've tried to put that block of code into another <div> to even it out all out with display: inline, but that doesn't work. I am also unable to use spans, although that would be the obvious route. So, does anybody have a solution?
