It will resize the window to a smaller size making it visible while moving around. Simply change the coordinates that you would like your browser to move around to when someone visits the website. Mess around with the coordinates to see which you like best. To see this in action visit my html page: http://www.TROLOLOPHUN.tk http://www.SaxRolld.tk Hello. Regards, Murali Here is a (very trimmed-down) version of my site: http://www.nceccec.com/en_us/css_test.html At least in IE6 and IE7, the top field does not display the specified left margin, while the bottom one correctly shows the left margin. There is only one difference between these two fields: the CSS property width is set on the first field, while no width is set on the second field. Jason Hi, this is appleguy.......6142! I was wondering how to make a text box display something somewhere else for example (This does not work)---- ------------------------------------------------------------------ [page1.html] (Pretend this is a text box)>>> [Text Text Text...] [page2.html] -This is the text displayed in the text box->>>Text Text Text... HOW DO I DO THAT PLEASE HELP!! Here's my hypothetical scenario... I have an image map (1000px by 1000px) divided into smaller squares (lets say ten images horizontally by ten images vertically, adding up to one hundred images all together), each linked to a corresponding HTML information file. Now, when talking about download speeds, would it be more efficient for me to use one big image as a map, or should I use one hundred smaller, individual images, each as a link? I don't have anything that would allow me to reliably test the download speeds of both variations, and my site won't be up on the Internet until it is finished (or somewhere close to it). Hi, My website, when viewed on my blackberry, is coming out all wrong - assume it is because of the smaller screen size on a phone. However, when I downloaded the initial template (which I have made a lot of html and css changes to), the mod-slide didn't flow down the page as it does now. Please could anyone help. The website is www.auxus.co.uk Thanks, Ishveen so i'm working on my new site and everything seemed to be working find until i got to the 8th image since the image is wide instead of a scroll arrow appearing to scroll the page over, the image just collapses below my other divs to fit. can anyone help me fix this? thanks in advance guys this is the website http://www.paulodourado.com/x_milk.html and this is the page where I encounter problems http://www.paulodourado.com/thrice.html I would like to have some text and/or image appear on a page. And at a date/time have it disappear/expire. Is this possible? Is it html or a script? Any direction would help THANKS! Dave I need to have this text in html. I need only the text, no table. My problem was, that when i changed the fontsize, a new paragraph was created. But i want it on one line. Thanks for your help. Hello, I want to create a large text box. I have the following code: Code: <td class="CellInput"> <input type="text" size="150" textarea style="height:200px" name="information" id="informationId"> And here is the relevant CSS: Code: .CellInput { background-color: white; border: none; color: black; font-family: verdana,Arial,tahoma,sans-serif; font-size: 9.0pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 2px 2px; text-decoration: none; text-align: left; vertical-align: bottom; white-space: normal; } .CellInput INPUT, .CellInput SELECT, .CellInput TEXTAREA { border: none; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; } The box that my code generates is nice and tall...but you can only type in the first horizontal row...you can't press enter and go down to lower rows. I don't know whether there's something wrong with the box, and/or there's something somewhere preventing me from using enter. Does anyone have any ideas on how I could modify the above to make a nice, tall, usable box? I don't see anything that specifies height in the CSS above! I am still an HTML newbie, so it is very possible (probable?) that I am missing something obvious. Thanks in advance! I want to create a form with a text box that has a specific answer. If the correct answer is typed in, the submit button redirects to one page. If the wrong answer is typed, the form redirects to another page. Is there any way to do this? read title Hi all, I was wondering if someone could help me. I want a border around the entire page. It works fine in IE at all resolutions, but breaks in FF. I explicitly stated html and body heights to be 100% but that doesn't help. I should be able to spot the error, but its escaping me. This does not occur when I start with a small window on a big screen and resize... hope that makes some sort of sense here's the site Hi, Do you know the answer to this question?
