HTML - Problem With Arabic Forum Site

Hey guys ive made my first design for myself Here and i was wounder is there any good tutortials for forums / user list on site ?

Ive now learnt how to make a site wanna learn how to use the database with login / forum and show user list.

any help would be greatly appriciated

I maintain a Rap/Hip-pop web site for a group of my friends, all that we have on the site is a quick intro, and a way in flash for people to listen through the web browser to our songs.

We don't offer to sell anything at this point, and simply want to add some additional features.

I was wanting to make a like a bulletin board or forum for various topics related to music and creation and other aspects of that business.

I have my web site hostied by someone else, and I have access to MySQL and PHP and stuff like that, but I have limited control over permissions and stuff like that, so was wondering what is the best way to approach this, use a free service provided by someone or something simple ?

Ok i have that and i know that it needs to somehow go threw the novice.cgi so it can send to my email but where do i host the novice.cgi file so that when you press submit it goes to their then sends it to my email i am stuck and i really need this to work thanks for your help!

hi, i was asked to design a web page in arabic, and i dont have any idea how to do so, i use wampserver (php)..
any ideas??!!
