HTML - Myspace Formatting Issue - Table Breaks
When I view the HTML in a normal IE browser it works fine:
www.virtuosovideo.com/myspace When I plug the same HTML into a MySpace profile the table gets broken up: www.myspace.com/adamhaviland Any idea why? Your help is greatly appreciated. Hello everyone I formatted my MySpace contact table just like I wanted it, but there's a white bar above it that I can't figure out how to remove. If you highlight that bar, you see that it says "Contacting EcoAware" (put there even on regular default contact tables). The text is white on a white background-- I don't want the text OR the empty space there. Any suggestions? BTW, below is a link to a text file with the exact HTML I'm using. The issue I am having is the first <td></td> is variable height. In my second <td></td>, "abc" should be at the top in that <td> and "def" should be at the bottom in that <td>, leaving some <void> space in the middle which will shrink or grow based on the first <td> height. I just have a small formatting issue, that I think is being caused by a dreamweaver template I created, that I need some quick help with. Under the main banner is a space that I want to get rid of, but I can't figure out what's causing it. In my template, the editable area starts with the div right under the banner... so I'm thinking somewhere in there is my issue. I have created a two column table with images in the left column and bulleted text in the right column. I have six images one after the other down the page. This displayed perfectly in firefox but when I checked Internet Explorer, The text is greatly indented from the table cell margin and looks all wrong. Can I format this somehow to display properly in IE. I have several fieldsets contained as elements within a table, all in the same row. Some fieldsets have more fields than others, which makes them taller. The shorter fieldsets "shrink wrap" themselves, which makes the row look non-uniform. Can I format things so every fieldset border is the height of the largest in the row? Hi: I have a long table (613 rows) with two columns (Containing Names, Addresses, Lot Numbers, and Phone Numbers, etc. I would like to format the cells of each column so that certtain fields (e.g., Phone Number is in a certain position in each cell). I think I've totally given up on this, but thought I still pick all of your brains. I'm working with a CMS that has hardcoded tables so that even when you have border="0", a border still shows up on the live page. It's absolutely driving me nuts. Here's what I'm aiming at: I want to place 5 photos going down the right-hand side of the page. The only way I have figured out how to do this is through a table, but the border shows and makes the entire page look like crap. Any other ideas on how I can accomplish this? Thanks! |
