HTML - Hotspot Not Working. Help?
I want to make a few hotspots on my home page for a little unique navigation of the site. You can see the page at http://www.collegeisboring.com/hjb/design/index.htm. I want hotspots on the street signs. The code I am trying to use is:

I was given some code by a very helpful person for my site (sailormoonthemovie.com/test2.html). I am a total beginner with HTML and usually just copy and paste into dreamweaver. Only now after bringing this new code into dreamweaver, it wont let me draw hotspots onto my main layout image (with the youtube, twitter and facebook squares) which I would like to turn into links. I'm pretty sure there is a really easy way of doing this but without it functioning in dreamweaver the way it did before, I'm totally lost. Thank you so much for any help or suggestions! What I want to do I imagine shouldn't be too difficult but I'm very new to this and trying to teach myself as I go. What I have is an image with various hotspots on it pointing to different pages. Now My hot spots work fine which amazed me but i what i need to be able to do is when i rollover a hot spot a pop up type window comes up showing a small amout of information about the page its linked to and a small image of same web page. I would appreciate any help but please bear in mind I am really new to all this so instructions wil have to be really basic or you'll just lose me. Oh and I'm using dreamweaver if that helps. If this is possible in one of the other adabe programmes where I could save all the information on the image or whatever then I'm willign to try anything. Cheers guys. I've found a website that shows my Steam status every amount of time, just like the rest of other websites. This banner or gamecard should show if i'm online, what i'm playing and other stuff that is in the gamecard. The website has an option for yourself to put your own PNG image as the card's background. I entered the link correctly of the image and after that it gave me the codes to put them wherever i want. The problem is that when i submit the code wherever i want (Forums) the image doesnt show but the code in text itself. The PNG had transparent parts so i tried on a pure black background, didnt work either. Then i noticed the code has some different values/elements from the included images that the website comes with. I have turned pop-up blocker off but they still don't work. These popups work in every other browser I have tested in, including IE7. It seems to only be IE8 that is having this problem. I have no idea what could be stopping the lightbox from working. Anybody have any suggestions as to what the problem might be (and how I can rectify it)? If you need more info, let me know... Thanks! I have designed a Form (see attached ZIP file) that has many TEXT boxes. When the user clicks "Submit" I want to capture the info in the Text boxes and e-mail the results to me.
