HTML - Can I Link Html Code In Other Pages ?
Hello HTML experts,
I am new in this forum. I have a problem here please help me. I have a large number of links for navigation menu I don't want to instert these links in every pages again and again. I want to keep these links in one page but I am anable to link this page (HTML Code) in other pages. I am not interested in frames. Is there any other way, if yes then please help me. Hello, I am looking for a piece of HTML that would stop the scrollbar from automatically resetting to the top of the page once the link has been clicked and the new page is visible, as the website i am currently building is a portfolio container of sorts, and I have a load of images that I wish to appear to be on the same web page but when the "next" button is clicked it is merely taking the viewer to an entirely new page built of identical code but for the different image content. I want the scrollbar to stay at the bottom of the screen (I have a page that is 1063px high with the images at the bottom) once links have been clicked on, and I would be very grateful if somebody in the know has the time to reply. here's the as-yet unfinished web page. http://www.alexhaines.co.uk/footprints.html - click the links to the different housing projects (currently only the brevoort button works :-/ ) to see what I'm talking about specifically with the scrollbar defaulting back to the top. I made the slideshow for this website using slide.com and want to remove the link behind it that directs you to their site! At the moment i can post hundrets of posts and the site gets bigger and bigger and the scrollbar gets thinner and thinner. Is it possible that only the 10 newest posts will be shown and the older ones will be postet on site 2, like in an forum where u can jump to site 1,2 or 3 ... to watch older posts. Hey guys I need some help regarding a website I made from a template. you can view the site at http://www.goosetrailbnb.com/ The problem is that when you click on the links in the bottom navigation bar, it will only show the page for a second (not properly aligned) and then redirect back to the index.html automatically. If you click the links on the menu up top in the flash header, the links work fine. I am using iframe....so my pages are index.html, iframe_0.html, iframe_1.html, iframe_2.html and so on. I have the links set as iframe_0.html etc for the links in the bottom navigation bar. Any help would be appreciated!!! For example, a menu. The menu will be the same on every page. Without some way to encapsulate it, we have to duplicate that code on every page we create. Is there any way to put a marker/placeholder of some kind which represents the menu block, without having to put the actual code in each page? Of course you could do this with ASP/ASPX or PHP, but I'm looking for a purely HTML/CSS solution. Can it be done? Suggestions? Hi all. I've also tried just using "/images/logo.jpg" as the src, but that doesnt work either. My pages are all online by the way, and are not stored locally on my Hard Disk.
