HTML - Html Forum Codes
I was just wondering, is there such thing a a forum in HTML? We all know that you can get things such as HTML codes for chat rooms, etc, so If thats possible, I was just wondering if you could get a code which you can put on your website to have a forum. Doesnt have to make accounts or sign in or anything. If you know anything, please post! Thanks!

But when I click inside the box, the whole page get highlighted instead. Is it possible to surround the scroll box HTML with for example something like <p></p> and for the effect above? Now I would only insert ONE set of html codes.
