HTML - How Can I Put Writing Ontop Of A Picture Using Html Script?????

I have an image (not the truck) that contains data in the middle of it.

I made it in MS publisher, now to change the data, I have to go back to MS pub. and change and save and resize etc etc.

What I would like to do is:
Make the image, cut out the data and then be able to put the data in using HTML code.

I think that would require using code for the data and the new picture I created using absolutes.

but since never using absolutes, I am not sure.

any ideas?

I have problem with creating a website for my Counter-Strike team. When I trying to write match info, and insert there a little flag, it always goes below map picture. It goes there everyway... with FrontPage, with PageBreeze, even with a WordPad, then i tried to edit HTML code manualy. Here is a screenshot:

I've already spent awhile trying to find something that can do this, but I'm really new to html and I'm not sure what to call it. None of my search terms came up with any relevant results.
What I need to accomplish is this:
I have a good size collection of images and I wanted to insert them all into a single webpage. Basically this means that I need to manually type in the same code over and over with the exception of the file name. I'm wondering if there is a program that will do that for me to save time.

Additional details: I plan on using some javascript to enlarge the displayed thumbnails and show the full size image. I am using all the images in a specific folder.

Any suggestions on what I can do (it doesn't have to be a program) is greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to send out a EDM.

After creating the html mail, I realised that after attaching it to signature of my Outlook Express, my picture inside the html codes doesn't not appear.

What should I do in order for the picture to appear ?

I am currently making a comic website and I have no programing experience. I have seen some websites with neat galleries and I am wondering if there is any way to crop their html. My favorite gallery type is the one where the user can specify how many pictures he wants to see per page (there is usually a little box where you can choose how may pics per page are shown). Ok I hope my question is clear enough. Thanks in advance.

at the moments they are blank and just change colour when you hover. how do i add text to these buttons without making new images?

Hey all, new here and not a very good coder at all, but i find pieces of information and try and make best of it....and as far i can see i cant find this sort of information on this website

my problem is im trying to create a code that will log in to a website, wait a few (i.e. 2 seconds) then go to a second web page that is a part of this site

for example --> www.htmlforum.com --> (automate login) --> then go to www.htmlforum.com/example

I inherited an internal html page that queries a .bat to pull out which users are logged on via rdp to my different servers. Now its suddenly stopped working and I think there's a problem with the html. The .bat runs a quser command against a list of machines which is outputted as a text file. The html page then pulls the info from the text file and should present the data in a readible format. However all I'm getting is a blank html page. The .bat is working because I can see the correct output in the text file.

My html script is as follows, could someone take a look and see if it is correct? Thanks for any help!

Hi,
i am creating a web page dynamically through ajax like this
here i am creating a td element and appending a button element to it
Code:

it appearing good on web page the but when i click the button, where i am not getting supposed alert

line is not showing effect

when my IE loads the page i am getting alert where as , alert must come after clicking the button

any work around please

How can I run HTML from Javascript?

What I mean is that from etc. index.html I will load a file.js script, which will include the whole HTML.

Not sure if I can explain myself correctly, do you know what I mean?

is there a better way than this (below) to style Script and Code, to look like script and code when written/typed in html?
