HTML - Form Submit Is Giving Me Error....how To Fix?
Here is link, Need help in form submit, need script in sever for submit, when i press submit, it gives me Error messege.

Hi, This is a little difficult to explain but here goes. I have a form on my website which allow users to insert insect species they've recorded into a mysql database. Everything works fine, but one feature I would like to add is, instead of submitting the form for each species in a list, allow the user to go through their list and then clicking 'Add' to add them to a list on the screen, once complete they can click submit on the form and the entire list is added to the database in one submission. Is this possible and if so could someone please help. This would be a great feature for my site and make it much more user friendly. But what I need is after they submit it, the value that is put in there is submitted to a customized link (not http). Example: If a user inputs 1234, it will be changed to link://1234@example.com So the question is, how do get it so that the value submitted from the form is inserted inbetween my link:// and @example.com? Hey I tried googling this earlier but didn't find alot. What i am trying to do is when someone visits my site they enter their username and a short message. I would like it to send to either a file located on my web site server, where it will store until I read it, or send an email in the background to me so I can read it later. I got a form from Response o Matic, then edited some of the HTML. I removed the link back to their website, but it deleted the Submit Button (at least when viewing in IE7 - its OK in Firefox). I put their link back, but the Submit button does not show!! Any ideas, i really don't want to repeat the form as it took hours to space it all out how i wanted it. My password submit button on my html page will only work when the user clicks on submit and does not work when the user just presses "Enter".
