HTML - Very Specific Form Problem

Hi,

I'm not sure if my question is posted in the correct section, I hope so.

I wonder if somebody can help me. I have generated an opt-in form from Imnica Mail(Autoresponder). I put the code in a textbox widget in the sidebar using Wordpress.

I want to add two things in the generated code - an image just above the First name textbox, and a text saying "Privacy: We respect your privacy." under the button. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, they do not show. I have copied the code below. I would be very grateful if you could help me.

I hate to beat a dead horse here.. but I just redid a contact form adding a captcha, and now nothing aligns right, and I can't seem to fix it. Can somebody fix if they have a moment? Thanks a million!

This is my first form so to speak and i am having a problem. I am trying to have the form data send to an email address when the user clicks submit. However, when i tested it i receive a Postdata.att file...instead of the form data in an email. I dont know what i am doing wrong. Is there an easier way to do this.
I would greatly appreciate some help!

I have designed a form using MS publisher. When i post it to my web site all it does is give me an error ( 404 page not fond ). could something wrong in my form or is it my web site. I want the data to be saved on the same page that the form is at. I did convert this to HTML be for add it to my web site.

Working on the next version of my site... Can't get any of the forms to align, example: www.bkriegtech.net/2008/?page=contact

So i have a form i am trying to email when you click submit, but i don't like the way the mailto function works. So i am trying to use php to email the form. Then have the user directed to a thank you page.

The problem is when i click send it loads the sendmail.php page but its just a blank page and nothing happens. I can't figure out how to fix it.

I made my login form xhtml code. The problem is that IE ( i tested on IE6 and IE7) shows space ( i dont know if a say word "space" with my meaning, i mean space with line space not space like between words) after FORM, but Firerfox dont. How to resolve this that spaces are equal because i want to control this space with css without this extra space.
But when i put that "Forgot password" and "Register" before </form> then all is okey, but i think its not good because it then will bellong to <form action post etc. and its not neccesary.
I really dont know.

Hey guys. This is my first post, so thanks in advance for any help I receive!

I'm having some problems with a form I've created. The form itself, when submitted, doesn't actually have to be sent to a server, as it is just for a school project. However, to my understanding when you submit a form, the information that is collected from the form is appended in a string to the url at the top.

My problem is that part of my form is not being sent. My code is below, the part of the form that is not being sent is the table that has the text boxes for date, item and quantity.

Hi Ya,

I am trying to validate the telephone number for a form. I would really like some help.
You see when i leave the telephone field blank the code error message comes up telling me that i cant leave that field blank. When i then put in illegal characters it says that i used illegal characters but instead of clearing the feild,allowing me to type the correct phone number and then moving onto the getradio if statement it goes to receipt page when the submit button is clicked instead of doing the validate checks first and then moving onto the receipt.html page.

Hello,
I have an trouble with an html form validation called in a div with a javascript code for form validation.

I have a main page in which I have a named div(workplace) where I call a html form page.
Once the form page is called in the "workplace" div, the form is working, I can submit the entries to the database but the javascript validation doesn't work.
But if I open the form in a decicated browser window then the javascript form validation works.

I want to use div because everywhere I'm reading that "frames" is the devil and I should use div tag instead.

Where could be my trouble? Your help is appreciated.

I created a form the other day with a few fields in it: [LINK REMOVED]. If I click the textarea (Agency Notice. section), the cursor keeps jumping up to the subject.

What the heck is going on here? lol

Hi there - I am building a simple website that uses a little CSS just for design, but the content is all basically in html. Anyways, I have no problem with the pages ('Contact' and 'Checkout') that contain form tags.

Some of the problems:

-the text after the tag isn't the same color or size (maybe even font?) after <form...>
-due to the problem above, the spacing is all messed up
-on the checkout page, the spacing above the google checkout link (in ie6/7)
-in ie, the bottom of the page is spaced over 4 pixels

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Also, is there a way to 'scale' the page depending on browser, computer, resolution, etc...?

Cant figure out whats wrong here. When the page is loaded, the legend doesnt appear on top of the form like it should. It displays itself inside the form instead. Suggestions?

I am having problem with a hyperlink to PDF file with form fields. When I click on the hyperlink the new window opens and says "done" but the PDF file does not open automatically. "Right-click and save target as" works, though.

I tried linking PDF file without the form field and worked fine. Definitely something to do with the form on pdf file. Could anybody give me some help? I want this form to be open when I click...Thanks...
