When I click on a picture, it's supposed to redirect me to a webpage, but when I do this nothing happens. I've tried this with several different flash templates from other websites but the same problem happens. When creating a file from a template in Dreamweaver CS3, is there anyway to remove all the comment tags around editable regions? I'm not sure this is the correct place to post this question. Please redirect me if it is not. I am trying to use a template for all the pages on my site. I am using Dreamweaver. When I apply the template to a new page, it appends the path of the template directory to all my links, and won't let me edit them. I'm not sure in general how templates are supposed to work. Can I do this without Dreamweaver? Is there a good FAQ on templates somewhere that I can read? Thanks. Hi: We are having a problem with an eBay Custom Storefront template. HTML is not one of my strengths, so if we could get a little help it would be greatly appreciated. At the top of our template it shows our feedback number as well as several icons such as "top rated seller", about me, store icon, etc. This feedback number should change when we get a new feedback, it does not. Everywhere else in eBay the number changes fine and the code looks the same to me. I think the section of code below is the relevant section. The store address is www.connectibles.net if you need to see more code. Or just post a note and I will copy more code. Hi guys, I created a email template for company usage using html, i put company`s logo in it, it works perfect with outlook and windows live mail, but when i open that email template in browsers, i see .jpg file at the end of the mail message. Is there any way to get rid of this? Thanks. here is a screenshot of my problem: http://img26.imageshack.us/img26/5672/16715830.jpg I'm about to rip my hair out on this one. I'm using Dreamweaver 8. I have navigation that is using image rollovers to swap. My images that are needed for the rollover to work are in my "assets" folder in the "root" directory. However, when I create the actual html page off the template it is looking for the image in "templates/assets" and therefore does not find the image to swap. I have a number of different navigation buttons and I inserted them all the exact same way. This is the only one that is having this issue, the rest work properly. This is the code that resides on the templates page. Code:

Notice the Set','','..assets/menu/log_over.jpg. This is the code that is produced when you create an html page from the template. Code: <a href="logset.html" onmouseout="MM_swapImgRestore()" onmouseover="MM_swapImage('Log & Grate Set',Templates/'','..assets/menu/log_over.jpg'',1 For some reason it is adding the directory templates, and therefore does not find the image. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks, braves07 Hi!!! I'm new here, I'm having trouble dealing with this question that needs to be an html coding. At the top of the page, create a table with the following attributes: 1. The border size should be 5 pixel with a width 100% of the page and a cell padding value of 10 pixels. The table should have a red border. 2. The rules value should be set to "none" and the frame value to "below". 3.The content of this table should be displayed in a red sans-serif font with a font size of 18 pixels. the bottom margin size of the table should be set to 20 pixels. I'm attaching a notepad with my html codes, can someone please help me with above questions. please help, I've tried using books and some site on internet. Can't get anywhere I'm completely clueless at this point. Back Story: New Manager at a manufacturer and they had a friends child or something do the website so I've got some issues... I simply updated some info on the bottom of some pages on the site and the page now looks like the spacing is off and is being folded towards the header... This one is correct... This one got messed up somehow... You can see how above the header saying "Innovative Outdoor Products..." the spacing is gone and the entire table got pushed up... If I had messed with the code, I know I could figure it out but, it just sort of happened... Here's the coding of the messed up page... Coding is actually the same just different images... Hi Guys, I hope someone can help me out. I have slightly changed the layout of my website and it now appears that at the bottom of one of my pages the HTML is different for no reason. Take a look Here and the part saying "Terms and Conditions" is different to everywhere else on the website (click any of the links within the webpage to see how it should look). The HTML coding is the same yet why on this page is the layout messed up? The only thing I can think of is that this webpage contains java script? Thanks in advance, any help appreciated. If I were to set the size (when launching) as a monitor size 1024 x 768, which means users don't need to scroll up and down anymore. It will exactly fit into the screen. How should I go about doing it? Thanks and cheers........... Hi, this may not be even a HTML question but... I was wondering if there was a way to create some kind of website template, so if I wanted to add a banner or something to a page I don't have to go into each individual html file and put it in. Something like a css that everything references to and making a change in that changes all. THX. HI Guys, I am making a template using Web 2.0. Hi, total newbie to website design and I need help in getting rid of a template. I think for now all i want is to go to cPanel, then right to a HTML editor, but every choice seems to leave me with some sort of forced template. I just switched from Sitebuilder to RVsitebuilder and was a little happier with the 'build your own' template... but still there is a template. I want to learn to design my own header, not have some preset thing.... Should I just keep messing with different builders? Try wordpress?
