HTML - Is There A Basic Html Snippet To Make The Text All The Same On Every Page Of The Site
Can i just place some html in between the head tags or ?? to make the text change to arial for example?
Similar TutorialsI just need a basic code for this. For what I presume is basic anyway. On MySpace, I'll insert links, and MySpace will automatically make it a hyperlink, but won't allow you to visit certain links that you click on. How do you prevent it from being a link and so that it's just text? I thought <nohtml> worked, but apparently it doesn't exist. Would help me out loads, thanks, Sam/. Thanks Hi Guys, I have a simple question, I havent done any web/html stuff for a long time, ive totally forgotton how to do everything. At the moment im working on a small project, I was thinking of running it off a database but I think its way to complicated even for that as all I need is a single html page that populates with information that I have when certain inormation is entered. Basically its a contact list, name, number, ID, landline fax number etc. I have a list of about 400 names which I want to be searched by a ID and state, so for example, theres 2 data entry boxes, one is a drop down box of states and the next is a text entry field where you enter the ID (3 digits) once selected, it populates another text field with the information. I want all the info to remain on a single page, or maybe the info on another page and displayed on the main page when the propriate ID number is entered. Id prefer it this way as I can easily edit the page with text. I dont think a database is appropriate, as I need to run this locally. Does anyone have any idea what I need to do to get this done? hi everyone this is my first page so i will probably have a couple of questions to help give me an idea of how to do that i want! basically someone has asked me to design them a site, i did a web design course but that was 6 months ago and i need to learn new things for it as well as try and remember what ive learned! ive got a semi basic layout, ill post the html and css, hopefully ill pate them in the right way (this definitely wont be the colour scheme, ive been following an online tutorial, want to get the layout right before making other tweaks) basically in the content section theyre looking for a rectangular box that has 4 imaes, 2 side by side and two below. these will change when theyre rolled over and when a particular image is clicked it will take them to the correct section of the site. as far as i understand from the css i have the size of the content section will change depending on how much information is there. how would i know what size to make the flash for insertion into this section so it fits properly without any gaps? sorry im a bit new to this but the more i learn the better! i dont have a clue how to actually code the flash yet but getting the size right would be a good start! thanks for your help HTML Code: <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="css/master.css" />

i have a lot of text files(2-400) all have quite alot of text inside them so is there some software that can help me convert it all into html pages?? somthing that i am doing right now is: copied all of my text files pasted them into other location and editing each file and giving extention html/htm. now can u tell somthing better?? all the files will open in same frame(obviously one at a time), all have styling n everything same. Hi I know there is a piece of text out there that people use to test their web page. I want to know where can you get that, as i can't seem to find it anyway after several attempts of googling. cheers. Hopefully I can keep this from getting long winded. I would like to create a simple website that just about anyone could maintain. Say for example, the Contact Info page has a phone number on it that has changed, instead of the person who maintains the site needing to know and understand html programming, they can simply open a txt file with the contact info in it, change it and save it. Then the next time some loads the html page it has the updated info on the html page.
