HTML - How To Change Text When Picture Is Changed
In my website a sample of my request and it shows how far I have gotten.
Go to: www.openoursite.com and select keyword: CHRYSLER Here you will see a picture of my Red 1961 Chrysler 300. By the way, it is nearly perfect as well as beautiful. Below the picture is a button that when clicked, the picture changes to the next picture in the series of pictures. I want to beable to change the bulleted text when the picture changes. 2nd, I want the text at the bottom of the screen to beable to be changed. 3rd, I would like to beable to have a switch in the code that I can set so that only 1 of the two text areas will change and the other stay as is. On a car application, I would leave the bulleted text as is and only change the text below. Probably there should be 2 seperate switches that can be turned off or on. I have one customer (advertiser) that wants the bulleted text to change and have no text at the bottom. Can anyone help me. Thanks Launchnet Similar TutorialsI am wanting to create a picture where multiple elements change when selected so that the image is customizable for the viewer. My wife wants to create a site to sell wedding invitations but wants to be able to show examples of colors, fonts, and pictures in various combinations. I would prefer to not have to do it as dropdowns as in the example and use some sort of menu. Anyway here is the example http://www.1st-class-wedding-invitat...ce=8326&type=I Hi I'm trying to make some text sit under a photo, and it works fine except in IE6, where the first word starts at the side of the photo, then the rest sits underneath. The page is at www.bigbadroo.com.au/top-stitching/www/ - the photo is of the woman on the left. Here's my html:
Over 40 years industry experience!
and the CSS: #wilma { float:right; margin-top:10px; font-size:7.5pt; width:213px; } Is there anything obvious there? Thanks for your time and help Shaun I am new to HTML and all and was wondering how you place text next to an image? Here is an illustration of what I am trying to accomplish... PICTURE PICTURE PICTURE text text text text text PICTURE PICTURE Pretend that the words PICTURE illustrate one picture. I want the text to be centered on the right of the picture. How do I do this? Thanks!! http://atomicwm.50webs.com/index.html I started my website yesterday but this is only my 2nd time making a layout. I want to make the dog's paws go over the text in the box when it reaches that far. I have a separate, transparent picture of the dog saved, but I don't know how to put it up/position it. Can someone help me? Sorry that I didn't explain this very well. I have several websites that I maintain and update. A lot of them are just textual changes and I would think my customers can do these themselves by editing a simple .txt file. I was hoping my choices are avalable so that I can just insert this tag into my web pages and then give them login info to their edit page or show them how to upload the .txt file. I hope this is an easy one with several answers. Is it possible these tags could discipline your rankings in the search engines? Thanks, Jason How do I use onMouseover to change text when the viewer runs the mouse over the link or text? Thanks! Hello, I'm trying to change the text color within a
tag in order to display a red "*Updated*" text since we have updated step 3 and want the user to notice it. I've tried using div but it ends up putting the text after "Updated" on a new line instead of on the same line like I want it. Thank you for any help! Code: div.u1{ font-size:12px; color:red; } Code:

Enter your address in the box below

Please check location

*Updated*
For more info...

ere's what I need to do: I have several variables that I want to assign to various spans within a page (i.e. customer_name, customer_address, etc.). Now, I am going to have more than a 1 span that I dynamically need to assign the customer_name to. But I want it to be able to do so without me having to name them all "customer_name1, customer_name2, customer_name3" and then having to go through and manually change each one, one-by-one within the function. What I'd like to do is ultimately have the function loop through every span with the name or id of "customer_name" and change the innerHTML within it to whatever the value of the costomer's name variable is ("John Doe" for example). I've tried a few ways, most of the time it only changes 1 instead of all of them. The site is a 3 column style, and the bottom half of the left column is "Latest News". I just realized that in my current setup everytime I make a change to the "latest news", I will have to make the change on all of the many pages it is on. Is there a way to make a "latest news" text file and just have that content accessed from each page so that I will only have to make changes to the one file and have it show up on all pages? I have tried searching for this for an hour but just can't seem to hit the correct keyword that explains how to do it. On my site i embedded a Left margin sliding menu from http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...lideinmenu.htm I want to make it so that when i rollover a link in the menu, the link changes from its english text to italian. I know for a fact that it is possible to alter the properties of the links inside the menu when i inserted into my
: Quote: Im new to webdesign, help would be greatly appreciated! I was wondering how one would change the colors of text in a google advertisement.. I'm lost as to how it would be done.. Here's the scenario. There's a heading on the page that says "Latest News". This might say something like "Next event is 4 May". Obviously on 5 May, the text becomes out of date. But it would be OK if the heading changed to "Recent News" BTW: I'm not a techie . ere's what I need to do: I have several variables that I want to assign to various spans within a page (i.e. customer_name, customer_address, etc.).
