HTML - Sidebar Suddenly Is Huge!!!

Can anyone tell me what on earth happened in my sidebar? All of a sudden, the space under the poll I have on the right hand side extended, making my site fill up with blankl space (u can scroll down and see what I mean). I didn't do anything, it just happened on its own. Can anyone see why this is happening?? Thx. Suddenly this week, despite not even logging into Doubleclick or making any changes to the code on any of my pages, one of my larger ads is jumping outside of the space allotted for it and into my text. To make it even stranger, it will only do this periodically. IOW, sometimes the ads are being served correctly, but sometimes they get messed up. You can see this happening on this page: http://www.raw-food-health.net/NaturalCures.html Continue to hit refresh as my ads cycle until my large green/yellow square ad to the top left of the center column for "The Raw Food Lifestyle Ebook," appears. Keep hitting refresh over and over again. It might take a dozen times or more. I've seen this happen in firefox and Safari. I've cleared my cache. You'll see that sometimes it appears within its normal area, but sometimes it "jumps" out and partially covers the text to the right of it. Since I haven't done anything to my site or my doubleclick settings , I don't know what to make of this. I've already sought help on the Doubleclick forum, but the consensus there seems tobe that it is not a DC issue, but an HTML issue. You can see lengthy discussion about it here. (20 textboxes, 10 textareas, 40 checkboxes). Besides this the textual inputs must be present for 4 different languages. I mean if there is a textarea for description then there must be 3 others as well for description in different languages. In this case the form becomes very big and hard to fill for the admins. Unemployment is at 10.8 percent, families are losing their income, and nobody is addressing the problem. The labor market is growing, while employment opportunities are decreasing. In the last six months eight hundred and sixty-seven jobs have been lost, even more hours have been cut. . .
<p>I could keep going on and on about the recession, but this campaign isn't about sulking and complaining about the economy. This campaign is about standing up and making a difference. </p>
<p>We can produce jobs in a number of ways. One way is attracting companies to Mentor by providing tax incentives, using a grant program. Another way is specifically targeting energy production. Mentor has an abundant amount of renewable resources; waves, solar, and wind. We can produce energy at a local level and curb our dependence on foreign oil and other outdated, imported forms of energy. Investing in the future of energy will bring jobs to Mentor; installing, maintenance, and maybe even production. We need jobs of the future here in Mentor, if we want to be competitive in the future. </p>
<p>If elected, I will be able to be that much closer to the ears of higher government. I will push cutting taxes for the people and small businesses that are hiring workers. I will push for more funding for our libraries, so that more positions can be filled. I will push for an educational program that allows students to go off to Lakeland, and other local colleges, to learn skills that they can bring back to Mentor.</p>
<p>We need to adapt to a more progressive money-making economy. I hate to say it, but we're falling behind. It's about time we catch-up.</p>

Please and Thank you. I hope this isnt beat down.. i did a qick search but im reaallyyy tired right now so please excuse my ignorance in this area I'm making a webcomic system. It has first/next/last/latest buttons on it and a drop down menu to go to a specific comic. The problem is in the menu. I made it and it works perfectly. The only problem is when I make a new comic I would have to update all 100-or-so comic html pages to show the new comic in all of the drop down directories. How do I update one page to show all of the comics on the same drop-down form? Hey Guys Im after hitting a huge brick wall with a college proj. I have created a web-site with dreamweaver. Its saved as .php. I opened it todyay and once the browser opens new pages keep opening. Only way to stop it is to kill the page. I have tried opening it in explorer and it just crasher explorer. Hello I am a total newbie to html and I am sure this can probably be answered in a second.... I am trying to make my title text very large to make a statement - maybe 5 cm high. It doesnt seem to matter how big i make it in my nvu editor, ( in the normal screen mode) once i upload it to my webspace online it only appears at a much smaller size. I can make it so the title literally fills the screen in my nvu editor and then upload it to my webpage and it still restricts the maximum size it shows it at. Does it sound like i am doing something wrong in my nvu html editor or should i be using some html text in the source mode to make the large text recognisable to my webspace, ie: using some font size comands? I hope this makes sense.
