I have been getting a lot of spam emails through my contact page on my fantasy football site.... is there anyway, or any procedures to take to avoid this, or cut it down at least?

Every question has to be answered on the form for it to be sent, if not, then it tells you what needs to be filled in, etc. Now, I've been getting SPAM for whatever BS and the form is not filled out.
